Building to strict MARKETING REQUIREMENTS

It is an important marketing strategy for most large national retailers that the appearance of all their retail outlets are identical, or at least very similar, so that wherever consumers may go, the company’s stores are immediately recognisable. For those engaged in constructing such outlets, meeting these standards is rarely difficult when an outlet is built from the ground up, but they can present some challenges when an existing building is being re-purposed and refurbished to meet a company’s requirements.
