Levi Overmyer Freshman | Electrical Engineering “Generally. The news gets around somehow — whether it be via word of mouth, emails, or The Buchtelite.”

Shaleya Campbell Freshman | Spanish “Not really. We should get more emails with highlights on activities students would and should be interested in, not just sports updates.”

Nick DiVitto Senior | Electrical Engineering Technology “Sort of. I really don’t pay attention to emails. Most of them do not apply to me and my major unless it’s from a professor, peer, or engineering school. Many Zip emails are like spam, not because they have bad content, but a lack of more relevance for various student groups.”

Rebecca Fitzgerald Sophomore | Criminology “No. I have to search for relevant news. I’m always in deep question about what’s really going on and which student source to believe.”

Andrew Thornborough Senior | Computer Engineering “Yes, because of the Zip email system. However, many students commute. There ought to be more highlight on events and activities that are geared towards interests and time restraints. Avenues that are easily accessible and pleasing to the eye would be beneficial.”
