For over three decades, Crimestoppers has worked on the frontline supporting the public, businesses and individuals to speak up safely and report crime 100% anonymously. As an independent charity, we’re able to provide a highly trusted anonymous reporting service; any member of the public with information about a crime can fill in our online form or call 0800 555 111 to tell us what they know with guaranteed anonymity.
But we couldn’t do our important work without help from organisations who believe in our mission as much as we do. That’s why we support and collaborate with over 60 partners including commercial organisations, trade associations, government agencies and not for profits to deter criminals, as well as unearth and share anonymous information to help stamp out crime and wrongdoing across a wide variety of industries, including security. Our innovative partnership with BSIA member Mitie Security sees us sharing information on criminal behaviour gathered by businesses, which is then fed into police investigations. Mitie is the first security company to form such a partnership with us, with the aim of bridging the gap between the public and private sectors to help keep people, customers and communities safe.

Mitie uses its experience delivering security services to hundreds of public and private sector clients to provide us with insights on the key security issues that businesses and communities are currently facing.
Working with the Home Office, we then use this information to create national awareness campaigns, to help tackle these challenges.
