BRIGHTON i360 SALES MANAGER Job Description Brighton i360, the world’s highest moving observation tower, is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be have the proven capability to develop commercial partnerships for our brand new venue opening in 2016 using your proven sales skills and a real passion for the i360. About the i360 At 162 metres high, and with an observation pod rising to 138 metres, the i360 will be the tallest observation tower outside London and the world’s highest moving observation tower, offering a new perspective on the fun loving seaside city of Brighton. Developed by the team that created the London Eye, the i360 is currently under construction on Brighton Beach, at the site of the root end of the historic West Pier. The i360 will have a slender, elegant design, with a futuristic pod allowing 200 visitors at a time to ride up sky high to enjoy breath taking 360 degree views of Brighton and the entire south coast. The visitor centre will incorporate a 400 seat restaurant, a shop, an exhibition space and conference and event facilities. Your responsibilities 

Identifying potential clients and new market opportunities for the i360 utilising your own existing contacts and developing new relationships.

Contacting decision makers at prospective partners and securing face to face meetings including cold calling new prospective leads.

Developing a package of commercial benefits and/ or sponsorship rights for partners which will be tailored to ensure that they are appropriate for the partner.

Preparing ‘stand out’ PowerPoint presentations to wow prospective partners.

Providing input into creating other marketing collateral to promote the Venue such as brochures, our web site and other web sites to name a few.

Leading meetings with prospective partners, or else inputting into the meetings in conjunction with the Chief Executive.

Representing the attraction at key events and networking with key stakeholders from the Brighton and Sussex business community, travel trade and event industry. You will be expected to be an ambassador for the i360.

Representing the i360 on a stand at exhibitions and trade shows such as World Travel Market, Confex, Excursions and Square Meal.

Working in partnership with Visit Brighton and other Brighton venues such as hotels, attractions and major event organisers to promote the city to prospective clients.
