Noise

We are in a safe quiet neighborhood Please be respectful of the neighbors. Always keep noise at a minimum Music of any kind or sound must be turned down at 9pm.

Local Ordinances

Local ordinances have banned venues, parties, weddings at vacation rentals Any and all fines to be paid by guests, forfeiture of security deposit and immediate eviction with no refunds.

Violations

Any violation requiring the owner, will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit and possible immediate eviction

HOUSE RULES

No Photoshoots

Minimum of $10,000 fine per violation. Immediate eviction. Forfeiture of security deposit. No refunds. This also applies to sponsered social media posts promoting a product or brand. All photoshoots must be booked via PeerSpace. Reach out to us for the link.

No Pets

Our property has toxic plants on the premises that can cause fatality if ingested. Unauthorized animals on the property will be fined $5,000 per violation plus any necessary deep cleaning/damage fees

Decorations

Do not attach decorations to walls/ceilings or any surfaces interior or exterior No glitter of any kind.

No Smoking/Drugs/Porn

Immediate eviction. No refunds. Forfeit security deposit.

Do not relocate furniture . Do not take apart ANY furniture

This is a shallow pool, no diving

Electrical Outlets

Outlets in the kitchen pop-out. Just push. The bathroom electrical outlets are tucked under the sinks.

Thermostats

There are two thermostats. One in the kitchen pantry and the other one is in the main hallway. Please keep all windows and doors closed while running the air conditioner or heater.

Our tech will put out the trash cans around 7pm on Tuesday Tech will be back on Wednesday to put the trash cans back into the side yard
