Buyer demand and low inventory may be holding our market relatively steady, however we are seeing a slight return to a more balanced and normal market. Price reductions are becoming more common and properties aren’t selling right out of the gate, reflected in the graphs below. Yet the market remains strong with prices still higher than last year and on an upward annual trend.
