The Town Center is in the heart of the 550-acre Scarborough Downs redevelopment, also known as “The Downs”. With road access from three major corridors (Payne Road to the west; Haigis Parkway to the south; Route 1 to the east) and conveniently located off Exit 42 on I-95, the traffic count and visibility is expected to be substantial. With public transportation being offered via the Saco-Biddeford transit line and Portland Metro Regional transit line, it opens up access to both the North and South of the development.
