2013 Rhino textiles products UK Ltd becomes a member of the Beal group, giving us our production facility in the West Midlands.
Manufactured in the UK, supplying to businesses around the world, our products cover a range of sectors from Oil & Gas, Defence, Automotive, Agriculture, Construction and Sport & Leisure. With a combined production facility of over 110,000 square feet, across our two UK bases, one in Glasgow and one in the West Midlands, we have the capacity to manufacturer over 2,500 items per week.
Family-run commercial textile manufacturing business, The Beal Group, is a group of companies originally founded in Glasgow in 1979 as Tony Beal Ltd, which has grown over the past 40 years through innovation and acquisitions, whilst continually being committed to UK manufacturing of quality textile products across various sectors through our individual companies including Mitco, Rhino and Rhino Defence, Stronghold and Graffix Detail.

Our inhouse graphic printing facility that allows for full branding on our products and maximising marketing opportunity for our customers. We have the capacity to fulfil bulk large format screen printing and digital print up to 3.2 metres wide, one of only a few print centres in Scotland that can print up to this width. Graffix Detail is our inhouse printing company that supplies a range of services including digital and screen printing. We can offer branding on a wide variety of our products and can print up to 3.2 metres wide. In addition to offering printed branding on our own products, we offer commercial printing services, both small and large format screen printing and have super wide format digital printing capability allowing us to offer a huge range of printed products from banners, flags, and vehicle livery. Our large format printing capability mean that printers and suppliers turn to us to fulfil their super wide and large-scale projects.

We can offer a range of commercial body repairs at our facility. This includes repairs and maintenance to floors, doors, tracks, and tension curtains. Plus, we can also offer repairs on your graphic printing and decals.
SPORT AND LEISURE
We have over 40 years’ experience within the automotive industry which has allowed us to become the leading company for covers suitable for applications in the automotive industry as well as a range of automotive accessories. Our product range isn’t limited to just vehicle curtains and covers, but we have an extended range of accessories and smaller products such as: • Steering wheel covers, • Door straps, • Wheel covers and • MOT plates.
With the demand for modular buildings and off-site construction increasing, there is far greater focus on units being finished in the factory and delivered almost complete. With that benefit, comes the problem of how to protect the units in transit and whilst in outside storage. We provide a full design service and will work with you to achieve a solution to the safe and secure transportation of your modular buildings. Sheets are designed so they can be fitted by one person or lifted over the module in one easy move by Hiab or crane.
We have a range of products that provide secure transportation and storage of airmotive equipment and machinery, designed to a variety of specifications such as size, colour, material and suitability for use. Our airmotive products include: • Air engine covers, • Baggage trailer covers • and securing slings and straps.
We can manufacture a large range of products for the sport and leisure sector and for outdoor use. This includes perimeter nets for 5-a-side football centres, goal netting and mats. We also have a range of outdoor products such as: • Swimming pool covers, • Trampoline covers, • Groundsheets, • Tents, • and even BBQ covers.
AUTOMOTIVE
REVIEWED After time, and multiple uses, the product can be returned to our UK based recycling centre to be assessed by our experts who will decide the best option for the product. We endeavour to repair as many products as possible before sending on to our Second Life™ programme

Branded product is manufactured to customer’s specification at one of our UK factories using the best quality materials that are durable, strong and weather-proof allowing for the longest life possible and multiple uses.
PRODUCED & REUSED

Our main focus for the future is sustainability, and how we can create a process that eliminates waste by developing our products so that they last longer and have multiple uses. We haven’t stopped there, we also wanted to create a process that increases a product’s lifecycle even further by being repaired and then given a ‘second life’ through regeneration.
There are several routes that the product can take after it has gone through the Second Life™ programme.
REPAIRED If the product is deemed repairable, for example, slight wear or rips to the material, we will repair and return to the customer. Through the repair service we can extend a product’s initial lifecycle and more than double its number of uses.
As with all products, there comes a natural end to their life cycle and despite our efforts, will become irreparable. When this time comes, the product will be given a new lease of life and enter into our Second Life™ programme.

At our UK based recycling centre we estimate that we’ll be able to process 2,500 tonnes of fabric per annum,saving upto 16,400 tonnes of CO2 every year.
