The Arches @ Dean Clough is one large open space which can be sectioned off into more intimate areas.

How many guests can we have?

We can accommodate up to 400 guests.

What time can we book the venue until?

Early access will be dependent on other events but generally you can have access from 8am on the day of your wedding.

Will ours be the only wedding at your venue on the day?

Yes. We only host one wedding at a time.

Do we have to pack everything up on the night?

No. The venue must be cleared by 10am the morning after your wedding.

Is smoking permitted at the venue?

The Arches @ Dean Clough is a non-smoking non venue but there is an outside area.

Is the venue heated or have air-conditionin conditioning?

The Arches @ Dean Clough is fully ventilated and heated as appropriate.

Is there a room provided for the use of the bride and groom on the day?

No. We do not offer a separate room for the use of the bride and groom.

Is there an area which could be used ed as a crèche if needed?

The Arches @ Dean Clough is a very flexible space so a crèche area could be created.

Yes. We have 4 highchairs available on request.

What decoration do you supply for the reception?

We provide tables, chairs, linen. Fairy lights and dancefloor. Any other decorations are to be supplied by yourself.

Do you allow animals at the venue?

Yes. Animals (within reason and subject to prior agreement) are welcome at The Arches @ Dean Clough.

Ceremony Is the venue licensed for marriages?

The Arches @ Dean Clough is not currently licensed for marriages but you are able to have a blessing ceremony.

Food Can we provide our own caterers?

We have our own superb in-house house caterers so no external caterers ca are permitted.

Can you cater for special diets?

We can cater for all dietary requirements.

Do your menus cater for children?

The bar will be open from your guests’ arrival until 1am.

Yes. We can also help you find your perfect wedding entertainment.

Booking Is there a minimum number of guests required to make a booking?

The minimum number of guests is 60 daytime guests.

How many times do we see you prior to our wedding?

After your initial viewing and booking we are happy to be on hand for any queries and subsequent viewings subject to the availability of our wedding coordinator.

What is the booking procedure?

Your date will be provisionally held for 2 weeks. We will then need a signed booking form and deposit of ÂŁ1000 to secure your booking. The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to your wedding. Please see oru full terms t and conditions.

Are the deposits non-refundable?

Other Information Can you recommend anywhere close by to stay?

Yes. We can recommend several hotels in the locality. locality Is there available parking?

There is a pay & display car park on site. Fees apply during the week but parking is free from Friday evening until Monday morning (times and conditions apply. Please check at the time of parking).

Can cars be left at the venue enue overnight?

Yes, but please remember it is a pay and display car park and charges may apply.

Is it easy to get taxis?

The Arches @ Dean Clough is close to the town centre and a taxi rank is outside the venue.

Do you have a room where we are able to store store wedding presents until we are able to collect?

Yes. Gifts can be stored in our locked offices.

Do you have anywhere for photos to be taken?

The Arches @ Dean Clough offers a great backdrop for some urban styled photos and there is also a courtyard area which can be utilised.

Do you provide a microphone for speeches?

Yes. A microphone can be supplied upon request.

Are there any restrictions we should know about?

Not that have not already been mentioned. We aim to be a flexible and relaxed venue and accommodate your requests.

Do you have a list of recommended suppliers?

Yes. We work with some wonderful suppliers and would be happy to recommend them to you.

Can I use my own suppliers?

Yes, for everything except catering and bar facilities.

Do you allow fireworks?

No. Fireworks are not permitted.

If we begin to run late how will your staff ensure we can make the most of our day?

Our experienced staff will make sure your day runs runs smoothly and keep everything to a good timetable.

To make a Booking please complete and return this enquiry form. Once received we will forward you a Booking Form which will need to be signed and returned with a deposit of £1000.
