THE TAB MASTER FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITY


Master earns 65% of net Unit Franchise fees after paying any broker commissions and 50% of new unit franchise training fees
• Unit training fees are currently $25,000 USD and Master earns $12,500 USD) each unit
Master earns a royalty fee of 20% from each Unit Franchisee gross TAB-related revenue, or a minimum, whichever amount is greater
Master earns income from Registration Fees that Unit Franchisees pay to attend TAB International and Regional Facilitators Conferences
TAB Master
Franchisees have enjoyed very profitable resales typically at 1.1 – 1.5x
Major Markets:
Largest territory offered in typically highly populated areas. Highest unit Franchise Fee and Royalty minimums paid to you.
Non-Major Markets:
Less business prospects. Lower Franchise Fee and Royalty minimums paid to you.
Small Markets:
Smallest territory that are typically in lower populated areas. Lowest Franchise Fee and minimum Royalties paid to you.
NOTE: Master Franchisees may add TAB Implementers who are independent contractors instead of Unit Franchisees
TAB unit franchisees generate predictable monthly income from the membership dues their TAB members pay
TAB unit franchisees can offer their members additional services, such as additional coaching and StratPro strategic planning
TAB unit franchisees can offer consulting in their areas of expertise
You have the option of engaging independent contractors who are not TAB franchisees, which we now refer to as TAB Implementers (TI), to form TAB boards and provide TAB services
• No upfront franchise fee but may or may not be able to charge a training fee, depending on the laws of your country
• We have restricted offering the TI program only to those who are active consultants You may elect to follow this approach or not require this qualification.
• Master keeps 50% of the first $25,000 each calendar quarter generated by the TI and 25% of the revenue for that calendar quarter that exceeds the $25,000
• The great majority of those who have come in under this TI type program have converted to TAB franchise status by paying a franchise fee and training fee. They do this in order to get the much lower Royalty fee paid by franchisees.

TAB Connect is a social media network exclusively for TAB Members and TAB Facilitator/Coaches
The benefits of TAB Members using TAB Connect:
• Each TAB Board has its own TAB Connect site, which allows Members of that Board to share information, collaborate and gain additional value out of their TAB Membership
• TAB Members also use it to communicate directly with other Members across the global TAB community
• Members submit their business challenges or opportunities as questions and receive feedback from a network of thousands of TAB Member business owners from around the world

The benefits of TAB Facilitator/Coaches using TAB Connect:
• TAB Facilitator/Coaches have access to the Facilitator Hotline where they can:
• Ask for advice from other Facilitator/Coaches on questions from their Members

• Facilitator/Coaches also have a “My Board” section where Members can see information relating only to their particular board

• Master Training emphasizes marketing and selling to acquire, train and support Unit Franchisees
• Marketing and selling methods and materials (including templates and tools) for ongoing support of Unit Franchisees including such things as:
• Prospect contact lists
• Campaign results that need to be tracked
• TAB training your Marketing assistant virtually with no extra fee
• How Master can engage a Contract Facilitator to sign up Members and provide TAB services
Master is responsible for adapting TAB marketing materials and methods for culture fit in Master’s territory
TAB Corporate provides virtual 1 monthly meetings among Masters who share best practices and discuss Master challenges and opportunities, such as:
• Member acquisitions
• New franchisee acquisitions
• Franchisee support and training
• Operations
● Translations: If the primary language in the Master’s territory is not a language in which TAB materials have already been translated, materials will need to be translated into that predominant language. If TAB participates in the translation costs, TAB will make the final decision on who to engage as a translator.
● TAB materials are currently available in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and German
● Trademarks: TAB is responsible for legal costs of applying for trademarks and adapting our Master Franchisee agreement to conform with local laws of your country
Master is responsible for legal costs to adapt the TAB
as required by Master’s national and local governments, including any translations
• A virtual meeting between you and TAB’s CFO for a deep dive into your potential Master financial model and pro forma
• After reviewing things with our CFO, a virtual meeting will be scheduled for you to speak to TAB’s CEO for further discussion about the TAB opportunity and your qualifications to become a TAB Master
If TAB’s CEO believes you could be a good fit as a TAB Master franchisee, a Discovery visit will be scheduled for you, which will take place at TAB’s International Headquarters in Colorado. During the Discovery visit, you will, among other things:
• Meet and ask questions of key members of the TAB corporate team
• Attend a TAB Board meeting
