OUR LOVE STORY We met June of 2012. At the time not knowing this was the one I prayed for. I had written out a checklist of what I was looking for in a man not even a whole year before I met him. It's not what your thinking not one of those unrealistic high standards list. After I wrote it I said God he doesn't have to meet every single standard on my list but these three ones are important. I had about seven things on the list I was looking for. I said God I don't mind working towards the other standards and being patient with him. I know i'm going to need him to work and be patient with me. Meeting Shon almost a year after my list and prayers to God I had forgotten all about what I wrote down and asked God for. The ďŹ rst time meeting him we both said we wasn't looking to jump into a relationship. We hung out for months. As feelings grew I began to remember all about my list I made. I thought to myself could he be the one. So I continued to pray about it . Never would of imagine then that we would be here today.
