Villa Features

The base, open concept four-bedroom residences open from the stone cut entryways through an outdoor patio, through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, to upper-level pools with unobstructed infinity views over the Caicos Banks. Coupled with the villa community’s tennis court, basketball court, two gyms, game room, lap pool, reception and access to private catering, nothing has been omitted from the planning of these immaculate residences. Villas purchased pre-construction can avail of four, five or six bedroom designs together with standalone ridgetop studios, which offer an additional revenue stream or a pied-a-terre for Villa owners who wish to enjoy a quiet weekend away whilst still maintaining the income generated by their Villa. Owners have the ability to further tailor the design to their needs, in working with the development team. An ultra-high-end, turn- key furnishings package is provided by way of separate purchase.

Hotel Services and Amenities The Villas form part of the Wymara rental management program and have access to all facilities at the award-winning Wymara Turks + Caicos Hotel on Grace Bay. Often deemed one of the best beaches in the world, the seaside haven defines island resort relaxation.
With a staff of 175 people, the professional management team will ensure that the Villas are marketed and maintained in the same professional manner as the Wymara Turks + Caicos resort.

Rental Program

The rental program offers Villa Owners a split of the revenue commensurate with other properties. Net rental proceeds are split 60% to the Owner and 40% to the management company after the deduction of booking fees, credit card commissions, hospitality charges, reservations and branding fees.
