WHAT ARE CORE SERVICES? The Agency Core Services program represents the entire ecosystem of products and services that support real estate professionals and their clients throughout the entire journey of the home buying and selling experience—before, during and long after the transaction has closed. The most common of the affiliated businesses and settlement services that make up the Core Services program are mortgage, title insurance, escrow, home warranty and homeowner’s insurance. However, our goal with Core Services is to expand the scope of that ecosystem to anything and everything home related. Why? So we can help our agents maintain their clients for life while meeting the demands of today’s consumers who are seeking a more simplified, streamlined real estate experience.

WHAT IS THE STRATEGY BEHIND OUR CORE SERVICES PROGRAM, AND WHAT DOES IT ENTAIL? We are implementing an innovative and tech-forward approach to help our agents increase the efficiency and speed of the entire sales process. To do this, The Agency has partnered with some of the most respected Core Service providers in the industry and will continue to add more to ensure best-in-class service at every level: international, national, regional and local. Because it is not practical for The Agency to own and operate all of the companies necessary to provide these services, we continuously vet potential strategic partners who match The Agency’s commitment to service, excellence and integrity. In association with our partners, our agents can look forward to enhanced offerings, such as exclusive loan programs, real-time insurance quotes, artificial intelligence-driven 3D home tours, lead-generation opportunities, Continuing Education courses and so much more.

HOW DOES THIS PROGRAM BENEFIT THE CONSUMER? HOW DOES IT BENEFIT ME, THE AGENT? From a consumer standpoint, The Agency is committed to expanding our Core Service offerings to meet increased demand for consistent, high-quality, boutique-style service throughout the entire home-buying and home selling lifecycle. There is also an expectation from today’s home buyers and sellers that the value of working with a local real estate professional extends beyond marketing a listing, negotiating a price and writing offers, to providing guidance and consultation in all areas surrounding the real estate transaction.

As for our agents, we are committed to expanding our Core Services to empower you to provide best-in-class service and guidance throughout the transaction process. This creates a higher perceived value of the agent-customer relationship.

An agent handling the process from A to Z leads to satisfied clients who are more likely to refer business. Expanding core services is absolutely essential for meeting the needs of today’s consumers and addressing the economic challenges created by commission compression and increased competition.

As we expand this program, we will utilize multiple partners to ensure a hyperlocal presence. Though you are not required to use our partners, we highly suggest you take advantage of these carefully executed partnerships.

WILL THERE BE TRAINING ON HOW TO USE THESE SERVICES? Yes. Partner representatives will participate in company sales meetings and be available for individual or team training upon request.

HOW DO I PROMOTE THESE SERVICES TO MY CLIENTS? Partners will be featured on The Agency website at TheAgencyRE.com/Services, printed collateral will be available in offices where partners offer available services, and co-branded digital assets will be made available in Creative Center at Creative.

TheAgencyRE.com. Partner representatives will be attending office meetings to answer questions and provide further insight.
