Trask Land’s 30 Year Legacy in the Moreton Bay Region.

Trask Land has been operating as a residential land developer for 30 years. Trask’s core area of operation during this time period has been principally within the area of what is today known as the Moreton Bay Region. Trask pride themselves on their ability and ongoing established relationships with its staff, contractors and external consultants with some relationships now spanning in excess of 20 years.

In the last 30 years Trask Land Group has been an organisation that has delivered some 45 estates and in excess of 6,600 lots across the Moreton Bay region alone (by calendar year end we should tick over 7,000).

Plus a large number of allotments and estates delivered in other parts of South East Queensland.

Trask Land currently has approved land stock of approximately 1400 lots available in various states of delivery and a construction program to deliver approximately 900 lots for availability over the coming 12 month horizon.

Trask Land have an extensive portfolio of land which are OWNED and in approval processes. With that provides a continuous land supply to the Moreton Bay region for the coming 10-20 years.
