Despite having no formal training in film at the outset, Subin’s journey to become a filmmaker was driven by the desire to tell stories that matter. “I knew if I wanted to grow and study counseling at an advanced level, I had to learn English,” Subin explains. “So, I studied hard and eventually secured admission to a counseling program in the United States ”
