By meeting you in person, by phone or video conference to discuss your wants and needs for your new home. We address your lifestyle, desired neighborhoods, school choices, and other preferences tailored specifically for you.

Home Search

We develop tailored search criteria for you to quickly identify new listings, price reductions, & previously sold properties that return to the market after the sale falls through These can be great opportunities with highly motivated sellers needing a quick sale with prequalified buyers.

Performance Due Diligence

Property disclosures from the seller and your home inspection by a licensed professional help expose the issues a home might hide so that you know exactly what you ’ re getting into before transitioning to closing We guide you every step of the way!

Pre-Qualification

We offer a list of trusted lenders who can effectively help secure financingfrom competitive pricing to creative loan solutions. Not only to qualify, but to also make sure the loan makes financial sense to you. A strong loan pre-approval will you save money!

We accompany you on a a final walk through of your new home 5 days or so prior to closing to verify property condition & any agreed upon repairs. Closing documents will be signed and escrow will record with the county Receive keys to your new home!

You have found the perfect home! We will look at comparable sales and local market dynamics to create your strongest possible offer and identify the home seller’s specific needs so that we can negotiate your offer to obtain the best possible price and terms for you.

Title & Escrow

The lender will order an appraisal & continue to work on the loan approval Title search will be completed to ensure a free and clear title at closing and escrow will help coordinate the many facets of the sale
