Taunton ,Pastor Retires Rev. F. Antole Desmarais, one of the most distin guished members of the diocesan clergy, today an nounced his retirement as pastor of St. Jacques Church in Taunton through the Most Rev. James L. Connolly, Bishop of Fall River. ·Father Desmarais, who has been laboring in the Vineyard of the Lord for the past 44 years, will re side at the Bishop Cassidy Infirmary at the Catholic Memorial Home in Fall REV.
