LETTER FROM THE OFFICE OF THE EDITORIAL BY THE C.E.O. BISHOP STEVEN LIBERTY SR. NOVEMBER 2014

Our Blessed Audience; It is with much love and compassion for our dying, sinful world; that I bring you blessings and greeting from Our Chief Shepherd Jesus Christ, woh sacrifice His life on a Cross painfully and willingly to bring hope even in hours of darkness like now. Daily we listen to news of circumstance unbearable for so many in the world today. The world grows evil by the day and life is now more worthless than a flow. The expectancy of life has drop from three scores and ten to two scores or less. Wolves have over taken the vine yard of God’s Kingdom and Christianity has been modified to suit the purpose of the wolves in most cases. Daily the word and TRUTH is been compromise by many who cannot bear to take up Christ cross and follow Him. Taking up His cross means going against the norms and status of this age and following the narrow road. If one fail to follow the broad way; they are persecuted and marginalized.

9

The pass two months have been very challenging for us. It has been one of the most tempting of times and I am very grateful for the Spirit of God when we almost lost hope and threw in the towel and he send in Prophetess Mary Bolden who send us words of encouragement and prayers. Oh yes; the Spirit of God moves in mysterious ways. During those dark days when we felt that we had been defeated ; we received a letter to post in the magazine from Marilyn Orton President Women of Worth International which was written by one of the greatest Evangelist I have come across in the Media; Susan Stubbs Hyatt. That letter revived a fire in my very soul and I cannot conclude this editorial until I leave you God’s Faithful facing the challenges of spreading the TRUTH of God’s word without fear or favor or bowing to any pressure from the Kingdom of darkness.

10

Reminder! YOU are important to GOD, to those who love you, to the masses of hurting women (and men) at home and in the nations around the world, and to Eddie and me. We are grateful for you and for all that you do for us and for others. Only God knows the extent of your work and sacrifice for Him. I do know that most of you are hurting in at least one way or another. I know that you are dealing with the harsh realities of living in a fallen world. But I also know that the LORD JESUS cares and that He has wisdom for you that lead to solutions, relief and fulfillment. Our challenge is to let His peace reign in our hearts and minds, and to walk in that peace. We are called to be overcomers, and overcomers are “pillars” in the Temple/House of the Lord! The fact is that were there nothing to overcome, we could not be overcomers. We becomes “pillars,” not by yielding to emotions, but by exercising our power to choose God’s will and wisdom. With that in mind, I want to share a couple of things that you may or may not know. First, Eddie has been shut out of many places of influence and ministry because of his willingness to stand with me regarding Biblical equality. Many people think that, given his giftings and calling, that he is busy most weekends in ministry. Not so! He has given up much to follow the LORD with me.

11

Secondly, in my own case, my willingness to take a stand and proclaim truth has shut me out of many venues, even when what God has done through me in those situations has released God’s manifest Presence and done much good! Truth, even spoken in Love and in the Power of the Holy Spirit, is a threat to many in positions of religious power. So we do not lean. Pillars don’t lean. Pillars support. I am sharing this because, with all my heart, I want you to stand strong in the Lord, to be a pillar. And in that, we are all becoming. None has arrived. We are becomers. But the more “becoming pillars” that are in place in a structure, the more spacious the structure, the more space there is to bring in those who are lost and wounded, the more effectively we can offer hope, healing, and salvation. The world is a dark place and you are needed. With little bits that you share with me, as well as by that inner Voice of the Holy Spirit, I am so aware that many--if not all--of you are facing serious challenges. Often we make our own challenges by our wrong choices. But many of the challenges you and I are facing are directly related to your being a committed follower of Jesus AND are amplified by our stand for Biblical equality.

12

Both culture and the devil are aligned against you and me. But the Greater One is in us and is giving us all that we need to live in His peace. We can choose to acknowledge His goodness and let Him bless us. Every day, He wants to bless us with benefits of every good kind. And we can count on Him. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him or her out of them all. In Eddie’s case, a “political” effort to crisscross the nation and the world in ministry would, no doubt, loose considerable financial support and catapult him onto “the stage.” Some would suggest we go that route, the way of the world. But God’s ways are better and bring forth His will, not only for Eternity, but also in the “here and now” in strategic ways that are in God’s Heart. Standing for truth without compromise and allowing the LORD to direct our steps and provide everything we need to do our small part in His Big Plan is our choice. He is faithful! So, whatever you are facing, please, know that God is with you and for you, and that He will never abandon you. Release those cares, troubles, and challenges to Him. Stay in His Word. Pay attention to His Voice in your heart. A “Becoming Pillar” in the Hands of the Master Builder, Sue

“OUR GATHERING UNTO HIM” By Pastor Joel McNabb “Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand” (2 Thess 2:1-2). We are now living in the day Paul spoke of, “The Day of Christ is at hand", a day when those that are called by His name will be gathered together into one fold. Jesus spoke a parable of the kingdom of God is as a man who sowed in a field, and the enemy came in the night and sowed tares; Jesus said, “Let both grow together until the harvest”: later when He was explaining the parable to His disciples he said “harvest is the end of the world” (Mt 13:24-30). Many have an idea that when Jesus comes, it is “The End of the world”, when in reality when Jesus comes, it is the beginning of His kingdom here on earth. He is coming to set all things right, and gather His people unto Him. It is the time of Harvest, not the harvest of lost souls, as some might think. The preaching of repentance is sowing the seed of the God’s Word. The fruit that is brought forth depends on what type of soil the seed falls on (Mt 13:1-8).

18

The Harvest is the time God has been waiting for from the beginning. “Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain” (James 5:2). Paul is showing here God’s love and patience with us. He nurtures us with water and nutrients of His Word causing us to grow. The Good News, the Gospel, began to be spread among Israel as seed in a field, as God gave His Word (The Seed) to Moses. He waited fifteen hundred years for it to grow, then sent His Son, in the time of harvest, Jesus saying, “Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest”. Jesus came to gather those who had brought forth fruit, first by gathering laborers: the 12 apostles and the 70 also, to bring in the harvest of Jews in that day. After His death, resurrection and ascension, this group of laborers, with some others, were gathered in one accord; the Holy Spirit was poured out on the Day of Pentecost, and immediately they gathered 3,000 souls were added unto them. Songs of Solomon tells us, “a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted”, and everything has a time. It was time for the Jews of Jesus’ day to be gathered. God’s word would not return void. We see the first century church grow daily, not only in number, but in the Word as well, till they left off numbering. At that point, the Jews of that day who rejected Jesus, and began to persecute the Church, Stephen being the first martyr. It was now time for the gathering of the engrafted Gentiles.

19

I hear the words of Jesus coming to pass, with the gathering of the Gentiles, “And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd” (John 10:16). The Apostles with the rest of the elders had gathered the first fruits, now it was time to gather the rest of the wheat. The call came to Peter because Jesus had given him the “Keys to the Kingdom”; and somewhat reluctant after seeing the vision of unclean animals, Peter preached at the home of Cornelius. Before he could finish, they were all filled with the Holy Ghost. The harvest of the Gentiles began. Under the Law of Moses, God had set three times a year for the Israel to present themselves before the Lord. “Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto me in the year. Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty :) And the feast of harvest, the first fruits of thy labors, which thou hast sown in the field: and the feast of ingathering, which is in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labors out of the field. Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Lord GOD” (Ex 23:14-17). During these Feasts, we see a time of gathering. All the males in particular were to gather, to present themselves unto the Lord. The Feast of Tabernacles/Ingathering was a time of remembrance of the forty years God took care of them in the wilderness, and rejoicing, because God was still taking care of them with the gathering of the harvest. The labor in the fields came to an end, and a new year would begin.

20

The Feast of Tabernacles points to the establishing of booths, a time when Jesus will tabernacle among men: God with us once again! The Feast of Ingathering points to the final gathering or harvest of the saints in the last days; both the dead in Christ and those that are alive and remain will then be caught up together to meet the Lord. Our gathering unto Him! “And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God (Rev 21:3).

21 A BATTLE FIELD COMMANDER OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD ARMY AND ARMOR BEARER/WIFE HAS FALLEN WHILE ON THE WAY TO BATTLE THE FORCES OF DARKNESS! MAY THEIR SOULS REST IN ETERNITY IN THE KINGDOM THEY SO DEFENDED HAVE ON EARTH !

http://www.blackenterprise.com/news/prominentpastor-dr-myles-munro Myles Munroe, Ph.D., 60, a top evangelical pastor, author and evangelist, and his wife,× Ann, died in a plane crash Nov.9, in Freeport, Grand Bahamas. They were among several others, on the plane of 9, who died.

22

The exact cause is still being investigated, and the names and status of other passengers has still not been confirmed. Munroe and his wife were travelling to× Bahamas for the 2014 Global Leadership Forum. According to reports, the prime minister of the Bahamas Perry Christine said it is “utterly impossible to measure the magnitude of Dr. Munroe’s loss to× Bahamas and to the world. He was indisputably one of the most globally recognizable religious figures our nation has ever produced.” Munroe helmed Myles Munroe International, and was a popular lecturer and best-selling author of more than 69 books. The father of son× Chairo and daughter Charisa, he touched many lives around the world via his leadership, speaking engagements and mentorship. Monroe and his wife were reportedly friends of Andrew Young, former U.S. ambassador to the× Nations, who was also scheduled to arrive in Freeport.

23

“Ambassador Young expresses his deep sadness over the tragic death of his friends Dr. Myles and× Mrs. Ruth Munroe. He offers condolences to the× Munroe family and the families of the other souls who lost their lives as a result of this

shocking plane crash,” the Andrew Young Foundation said in a statement.

CAN YOU HANDLE BEING BLESSED? BY TONY KORANG Luke 1: 34-35 Then Mary said to the angel, “How can this be, since I do not know a man?” And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God. Think about Mary the Mother of Jesus Christ .... When she said "YES" to the Angel that she would have a baby without knowing a man , she had to accept the fact that she would be misunderstood by some people for the rest of her life . The BLESSING as great as it was brought controversy, it brought opposition.. She was celebrated by some and looked down and "belittled " by others ... Beloved, there are times like Mary the mother of Jesus Christ, you just have to accept the fact that you may be misunderstood by people, they may try to "put you down" , make fun of you but it is not about you but about the BLESSING that God has placed on your life . The real question is ... CAN YOU HANDLE BEING BLESSED? 1 Sam 17:28 -When Eliab, David's oldest brother, heard him speaking with the men, he burned with anger at him and asked,

25

"Why have you come down here? And with whom did you leave those few sheep in the wilderness? I know how conceited you are and how wicked your heart is; you came down only to watch the battle." On the other hand , David faced this as a teenager ... He was in the fields looking after his sheep when his father told him asked him to take food to his brothers in the Battlefield .. When he arrived with the food , you might think that his brothers would be appreciative but his brother Eliab tried to embarrass him asked him what are you doing here , and with whom have you left those sheep .... Eliab , was in the army , he had much influence even than David but he could see the favour on David's life. Don't be surprised that God's favour and blessing on your life can stir up opposition in the heart of people .. In fact there was no reason for Eliab to "look down " or belittle David. Beloved , as per the above , like Mary the Mother of Jesus and David , keep the focus ... They could have been easily distracted and could have not accomplished PURPOSE but they kept the focus despite all that was going on around them. Mary held on to what God had said regarding the BIRTH OF CHRIST and David eventually made it to the THRONE.... Have a blessed day and stay winning by constantly keeping the focus since destinies are awaiting you ... Shalom!

Me In Scripture: BY ANGEL

FULKERSON Have you ever looked for yourself in scripture? Your life? Your interests? Your call of God? It’s there, you know. The good, the bad, yes; it’s all in the Word. I think sometimes we forget where we come from, and if we forget that we easily forget that everything in our life comes from that same Source. We get all caught up in being the vessel for that Source to work thru that we forget without the Source we are nothing. In Jeremiah, we read a hint of this truth “He knew us before we were formed in our mother’s womb.”

27

You see, its like when we were in high school and met a friend, became a friend and then at graduation we went separate ways keeping in contact from time to time but the closeness of the relationship slowly faded, and the power of the teamwork between you fades away because well, you each are off doing your own thing… the difference between the friendship of two people and the one between us and God is that when we go off our own way from God, He is still doing His thing and does not join us in our thing so the power, strength, anointing and more goes with Him and we find ourselves working in our own strength proclaiming our work for God… we get weary and burdened heavily… and before we know it, we are sending other people away, people God set to do His work with… soon the equipping and provision seems to fade away because we sever ourselves from the Source… the heaviness of the job wears on us and our bodies take a toll allowing sickness and disease to attach itself to us…

28

OH HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO STAY CONNECTED TO THE SOURCE! Imagine sitting in YOUR home with no lights… why, because you decided to go out and cut the wiring from the main switch… ha ha, you would never do that! But what you might do is not pay the bill… or maybe, you might depend on a roommate to pay the bill… quite often we lose sight of the source in our lives by changing our dependency, by being lazy and not taking responsibility for what was given us… sometimes we just think we are so good, it should just be taken care of… the truth is quite often things happen a certain way because we lose sight of the source and focus on a new source, a source that may be our very own self..ugh! And yes, we as Christians do this--OFTEN---- I can do all things thru Christ who strengthens me can easily change to I am a strong spirit filled Christian. Jesus is the Way the Truth and the Life but you know I have a plan for my life and I know what I am doing- God is with me. Pray for others that you may be healed, well, God knows so I don’t have to pray about it… we ask not so we receive not, grrr, if God really loved me He would have not let this happened… on and on, I could share with you scripture and the lack thereof… We read in Jeremiah 29:11 (TLB)

29

For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope… and we grab hold of the blessing totally missing the Source who gives the blessing…. Blessings and power and anointing and more come from the Source, God, and without Him… we are nothing… the things that come from Him are nothing without Him… ----- Jeremiah 29:11-15 (TLB) 11 For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. 12 In those days when you pray, I will listen. 13 You will find me when you seek me, if you look for me in earnest. 14 Yes, says the Lord, I will be found by you, and I will end your slavery and restore your fortunes; I will gather you out of the nations where I sent you and bring you back home again to your own land. 15 But now, because you accept the false prophets among you and say the Lord has sent them, ----- His Grace is sufficient but we need to grab hold of Jesus to be able to get that sufficiency… so many want to have grace shown them but they want no part or have no understanding of the One who shares it. Jesus the same, yesterday, today and forever… Jesus the Word made human flesh, who walked among us, lived among us, who before anything existed was with God, has always been alive and is Himself God, Creator of all things… including you and me. Where did I get this stuff? In the Word of God, that was made man… in the New Testament, 1 Corinthians, Hebrews 13, John 1 and more.

30

Have you seen yourself yet? Maybe you are sick or healed, hurting or happy, studious or lazy, a praying person or not, walking with Jesus or expecting Him to walk with you… oh, we are just touching the tip of the ice berg… do we know Jesus and do we introduce Jesus to others? Do we know Jesus well enough to see him in the lives of others… and really, to see him in ourselves. Ahhh, Jesus, the Word. Can I look in the mirror and say “I see Me in Scripture?” Consider Jesus prayer in John 17: “Father, the time has come. Reveal the glory of your Son so that he can give the glory back to you. 2 For you have given him authority over every man and woman in all the earth. He gives eternal life to each one you have given him. 3 And this is the way to have eternal life—by knowing you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, the one you sent to earth! 4 I brought glory to you here on earth by doing everything you told me to. 5 And now, Father, reveal my glory as I stand in your presence, the glory we shared before the world began. 6 “I have told these men all about you. They were in the world, but then you gave them to me. Actually, they were always yours, and you gave them to me; and they have obeyed you. 7 Now they know that everything I have is a gift from you, 8 for I have passed on to them the commands you gave me; and they accepted them and know of a certainty that I came down to earth from you, and they believe you sent me.

31

9 “My plea is not for the world but for those you have given me because they belong to you. 10 And all of them, since they are mine, belong to you; and you have given them back to me with everything else of yours, and so they are my glory! 11 Now I am leaving the world, and leaving them behind, and coming to you. Holy Father, keep them in your own care—all those you have given me—so that they will be united just as we are, with none missing. 12 During my time here I have kept safe within your family all of these you gave me.[a] I guarded them so that not one perished, except the son of hell, as the Scriptures foretold. 13 “And now I am coming to you. I have told them many things while I was with them so that they would be filled with my joy. 14 I have given them your commands. And the world hates them because they don’t fit in with it, just as I don’t. 15 I’m not asking you to take them out of the world, but to keep them safe from Satan’s power. 16 They are not part of this world any more than I am. 17 Make them pure and holy through teaching them your words of truth. 18 As you sent me into the world, I am sending them into the world, 19 and I consecrate myself to meet their need for growth in truth and holiness. 20 “I am not praying for these alone but also for the future believers who will come to me because of the testimony of these.

32

21 My prayer for all of them is that they will be of one heart and mind, just as you and I are, Father—that just as you are in me and I am in you, so they will be in us, and the world will believe you sent me. 22 “I have given them the glory you gave me—the glorious unity of being one, as we are—23 I in them and you in me, all being perfected into one—so that the world will know you sent me and will understand that you love them as much as you love me. 24 Father, I want them with me— these you’ve given me—so that they can see my glory. You gave me the glory because you loved me before the world began!

33

25 “O righteous Father, the world doesn’t know you, but I do; and these disciples know you sent me. 26 And I have revealed you to them and will keep on revealing you so that the mighty love you have for me may be in them, and I in them.” Notice verse 21… My prayer for all of them is that they will be of one heart and mind, just as you and I are, Father—that just as you are in me and I am in you, so they will be in us, and the world will believe you sent me. So tell me as I ask you once again, do you see yourself in scripture, you in Him… or are you expecting Him to be seen in you… are you focused on the Source or are you focused on being the vessel… Father teach us to be one in YOU as Jesus is with YOU… be glorified in all we do… in Jesus Name, amen

SIGNED AND SEALED ON BELF OF OUR ARTHOR AND FINISHER OF LIFE/ WITH THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST; THE CHIEF SHEPHERD OF THE KINGOM OF GOD:

35

MY TESTIMONY: PROPHETESS SISTER MARY BOLDEN My name is Mary Bolden and I was born and raised in a Christian home. My mother and father saw to it that we went to church every Sunday. It was a Baptist church. And it was a fairly large church, but everyone was loving and kind as I grew up from a child to adult in the same Baptist church and everyone knew me from a small child because they also knew my father and mother. My father was Superintendent of Sunday school and also Sr. choir director. He was strict on us as we were growing up and needless to say, all Mom had to say was,

36

"I'll tell your father when he gets home and we knew what to expect. And we knew it wasn't going to be funny, but we were made to cry and we got "whippings' back then! But, as I grew older, I knew that my father loved us and only wanted us to grow up and do right as Christian adults.

37

At the age of 12 years old, I became born again. Truly, I was excited and nervous to hear the preacher, who was preaching a revival service at our church, say "won't you come? So, I found myself walking towards the front of the church and as the preacher reached his hand out to shake my hand and asked me did I want to accept Jesus as my Savior? I said, "yes. And the real excitement after that was when I was to be baptized by my own pastor. And I was telling friends at school, but they didn't, for some reason, get excited for me. And I thought that was strange. I was not a "popular" person at school because I took my mother's advice and did not allow myself to get involved with the "crowd". In other words, it usually spelled trouble, like a fight after school, or something. So, I usually stayed to myself and only one friend, who told me I was a nice girl as she thought I was "stuck up" at first, because I stayed to myself. (ha-ha!) But, once we got to know one another we became close friends.'

38

I've always loved singing and I joined the young people's choir at church. And yet, I was "bashful" when asked to lead a song in the choir. I had a soft spoken voice and also a soft soprano voice singing in the choir. But, eventually, my director asked me to lead a song. She was very encouraging and patient with me and just said to me, "just close your eyes and open up your mouth and sing for Jesus!' So, I eventually learned how to do that and was successful in leading several songs in the choir. They said, I sounded like Aretha Franklin, a well known gospel artist at that time. So, I was encouraged and inspired to sing all the more! I also became a teacher or rather assistant teacher in my Sunday school class. The teacher would ask me if I wanted to try to teach. And I said yes. So, I found that I really loved teaching Sunday school almost as much as I did singing. I didn't however; see it as a gift from God. I just knew I enjoyed singing and also teaching. I joined in with the junior Missionary's group, called the "Red Circle."

39

And , because my father was the Superintendent of the Adult Sunday School he arranged for me to be picked to go to the District and State conferences each year for about 4 years and I really did enjoy being on the mission field. So, needless did I realize it, but God was preparing me for the ministry that He had in HIs plan since the beginning. I've always loved the people of God and loved being in church. I can remember staying in church from sun up to sun down and loved every moment of it. As I grew older, I started venturing out as a soloist and sang at other churches. And also, I went out on the mission with another missionary to visit the sick in the hospitals and nursing homes. And I went across town to another church that had a prison ministry and joined in with them on the days they went to the prison because I wanted to experience what that was like to visit prisoners and minister to them. My church didn't have a prison ministry. So, I took the advantage of being offered the opportunity by a friend who belonged to another church and it was a good experience. In 1998, I stepped forward and acknowledged my calling as an evangelist/preacher woman at a Baptist church. I stayed there and grew some, but then I was led to change over to a C.O.G I. C. church because I had outgrown some things at the small Baptist church.

40

And I, eventually, was licensed and ordained by the Bishop there. And I was lead in the Praise and Worship team and sang solos there and out from time to time. Also, I taught Sunday school, VBS, and in the; missionary dept. So, I was growing more and more in that church. But, after a while, It was prophesied that I should "go to the nearest recording studio and record." So, I obeyed the Prophet's message because it had been a dream of mine for a number of years and finally, it was coming to pass. So, I recorded 2 CD;s ; one in 2002 & the other in 2005. My first CD is called, “A Miracle of LOve" and my second one, “NO Weapon!" And it was a joyous time in my life to record both CD's Later on in 2008, I became an author of my first book, then my second in the same year about 5 months apart. So, one is called, "Daughters of the King" and the second one, "Heart and Soul of a Prophetess." Author House published them both for me. I loved writing, which God showed me was another gift He gave me and so it was a joy to become an author. God has unfolded HIS plan for my life and I am now an independent ministry, in that I was led to go out only as led by HIS Spirit to various churches and I stayed for the duration He had me to and always worked in the ministry according to how I was allowed and needed. Then, the Lord would move me on. Now, I teach/preach/prophesy on Face Book.

41

And I am free to speak with holy boldness and know that it is where the Lord would have me to be at this appointed time until He brings supporters, workers, helpers and friends of this wonderful ministry that Jesus began and then showed me my portion to continue in. I thank God for all of the experiences in ministry that I have had in my life thus far. And I'm looking forward to many more experiences in ministry. I love sharing the gospel of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. I could write more, but I must leave off at this point for now. I am a prophetess of God and I prophesy with holy boldness the special messages He gives through me. God bless you, Prophetess Sister Mary

By: Delia Ann Thumbadoo What's In Your Hand? Repeatedly in Scripture we read of how God instructed certain people to perform certain tasks, to undertaking anything from as seemingly inconsequential as fetching a certain donkey from a certain place to instructing one man to spearhead the liberation of millions of Gods people from captivity. Moses was that man. He was chosen, he was called, and he was earmarked for this mission. When we look at Moses' timeline, we learn that he lived for 120 years, but it wasn't until he was 80 years old that God called him to lead his people out of Egypt. Every step every twist would all have been divinely orchestrated by God, small pieces of a puzzle built piece by piece to reveal the big picture!

43

Have you ever stopped to consider your timeline? The places, the people, the failure, the disappointments, the heartache? You see we make our plans, and truth be told, we do make a hash of them especially when oblivious to our future, our calling and ultimately what God has planned and purposed for us. It does not matter where we begin, but its where and how we finish that matters especially to God. Scripture so powerfully and reassuringly exhorts that "In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps" Proverbs 16:9. You see Moses' very existence was threatened when he was baby. Pharaoh had ordered every male Hebrew child be drowned, done away with. Incredible how the powers of darkness conspire to kill dreams, missions, Divine appointments at infancy, at our most vulnerable and defenseless. King Herod decreed the same when Jesus was born but no amount of evil conniving against a child of God, against Gods vision for you will prevail. God our Redeemer, rescues us from all our foes and His work through us will eventuate come what may

44

The same river Nile that Moses was to be drowned in became his saving grace. Hidden in a basket and swept along the river into the courts of the Pharaoh himself, Moses found himself in the household of a King. As if this was not enough, his mother Jochebed asked Pharaoh's daughter if she could look after the child and she consented! So Moses learnt from his mother as well as the skills needed to run Egypt from Pharaoh. "And Moses was learned in all the wisdom of the Egyptians and was mighty in words and deeds" Acts 7:22. Moses received the skill-set that no other Hebrew child would have learned. This was wisdom accrued for the journey ahead. Isn't it amazing how God will deliver you to your enemy and enable you to benefit from the hand that plotted to do away with you? Psalm 23:5 "You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies, you anoint my head with oil, my cup overflows!" How powerfully reassuring. Pharaoh's palace was not Moses' final destination, he was in transit. One day Moses had witnessed an Egyptian ill-treat an Israelite and coming to his defense, had killed the Egyptian. News of this murder reached Pharaoh. This was the catalyst that saw Moses flee Egypt. Moses spent the next 40 years tending sheep in Midian. Talk about a downgrade! But Midian was where he found his wife Zipporah.

45

Tending sheep was how God taught him humility, patience, perseverance, and yes all the skill-set in tending a different species of sheep, the ones who would talk back and murmur and complain! God took Moses to the Palace and the pit so to speak, He was equipped, and he was prepped so that when his encounter with God at Mount Horeb came to pass, he may have faltered and quivered in skepticism and insecurity but he relented, he gave in to the call of the biggest mammoth task he would ever have imagined he'd undertake. Moses had nothing but raw faith and a rod with which to steady himself, but it was all he needed to spellbind Pharaoh into turning it into a serpent, to part an ocean, to retrieve water from a rock. There was no magic in the rod, it was a point of contact that God used to work through. It was what was in Moses' hand. What's in your hand? What's in your heart? What can God use of yours to fulfill His mission through you? Where are you placed on your timeline? You may not be where you think you should be or the inconvenience of the unfamiliar, the uncomfortable, the threatening, might throw you off course and convince you that your time and purpose has expired, but not when God has been carefully and purposefully plotting your course, one step at a time. Let nothing, or no-one stop you from stepping into the Promised Land God has chartered for you, not even you - You have what it takes!

WHAT HAVE YOU THANKED GOD FOR, LATELY?

BY PROPHETESS SISTER MARY CHILD OF THE MOST HIGH GOD, WHAT IS IT THAT YOU HAVE PRAYED AND THANKED GOD FOR LATELY? OR HAVE YOU ONLY GONE TO HIM WHEN YOU NEEDED ANOTHER FIANCIAL BLESSING FROM HIM? MAYBE YOU'VE GONE TO HIM JUST TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HAVING TO WAIT SOOO LONG ON A PRAYER TO BE ANSWERED. HAVE YOU PAUSED TO SAY THANK YOU FOR WHAT HE HAS ALREADY DONE? OR IS IT JUST TO GET MORE AND MORE BLESSINGS?

48

YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE THE MANIFESTATION OF HIS PROMISE TO SAY THANK YOU! THAT'S RIGHT, TELL HIM THANK YOU RIGHT NOW EVEN BEFORE THE BLESSING COMES YOUR WAY, JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE FAITH IN HIM TO DO JUST WHAT HE HAS PROMISED AND WHAT YOU HAVE ASED HIM FOR AND HERE'S A TALL ORDER; HAVE YOU REACHED THE PLACE OF MATURITY ENOUGH TO SAY , "LORD, I EVEN THANK YOU FOR MY ENEMIES " YES, IT SHALL SHOW FORTH MATURITY IN THE FAITH AND THAT YOU HAVE AGAPE' LOVE, WHICH IS UNCONDITIONAL AND ETERNAL LOVE. THE BIBLE SAYS THAT LOVE SHALL WAX COLD IN THESE LAST AND EVIL DAYS. AND WE CAN WITNESS IT EVERYTIME WE WATCH THE 5:00 NEWS AS WE SEE THE CRIME RATE MOVING UP SO RAPIDLY WE, LIKEWISE, SEE IT IN OUR BIO FAMILIES WHERE THERE IS CONFLICT, ARGUMENTS, AND FIGHTING GOING ON CONTINUOUSLY. AND WHEREVER THERE IS ENVY AND JEALOUSY, THERE'S GOING TO BE STRIFE AND CONFUSION AND GOD IS NOT THE AUTHOR OF CONFUSION, BUT OF PEACE IN HIS BODY. THE WORLD ONLY OFFERS 'TEMPORARY LOVE", BECAUSE IT'S BASED ON CONDITIONAL LOVE, THAT IS ONLY WHEN A PERSON CAN EXPECT SOMETHING FROM ANOTHER AND NOT EVEN CONSIDERING WHAT THEY CAN DO TO BE A BLESSING TO ANOTHER.

49

IT'S A GOOD THING TO GIVE THANKS UNTO THE LORD, THE BIBLE SAYS. IN PSALMS 92:1. IT'S GOOD ALSO TO LIFT UP PRAISES TO HIM JUST BECAUSE HE IS GOD! IT'S JUST GOOD TO SHOW LOVE AND KINDNESS TO ONE ANOTHER, BECAUSE IN SO DOING, WE SHOW GOD WE LOVE HIM GOD IS LOVE. AND IN ORDER THAT WE ARE PROVEN TO BE A TRULY BORN AGAIN BELIEVER, WE NEED TO SHOW FORTH LOVE ONE TO ANOTHER. AND THEREFORE, IT SHOWS THAT WE ARE THANKFUL TO BE CALLED A CHILD OF GOD. FOR GOD HAS ALREADY PROVEN FORTH HIS LOVE TOWARDS US WHEN HE SENT JESUS TO DIE FOR US ON CALVARY'S CROSS ARE YOU NOT THANKFUL? THEN, SHOW FORTH THAT THANKFULNESS AND TREAT YOUR BROTHER AND SISTER RIGHT. SHOW FORTH THAT YOU ARE THANKFUL BY GIVING MORE AND MORE JUST BECAUSE HE HAS GIVEN TO YOU. BLESS ANOTHER SOUL SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU ARE BLESSED TO BE A BLESSING

50

GOD NEVER SLEEPS NOR SLUMBERS, BUT IS ALWAYS WATCHING OVER HIS PEOPLE EVERYWHERE. HE HAS NO RESPECTOR OF PERSONS. HE LOVES US ALL THE SAME SO, CHILDREN OF THE MOST HIGH GOD, WHEN IS IT THAT YOU'RE GOING TO PAUSE LONG ENOUGH TO SAY, "LORD, I THANK YOU " HOW MANY TIMES IS IT THAT YOU AND I HAVE FALLEN , BUT JESUS PICKED US UP AGAIN AND DUSTED US OFF, AND FORGAVE US AND TOLD US TO GO AND SIN NO MORE HE FIRST FORGAVE US, THEN HE TOLD US IN HIS WORD THAT WE MUST FORGIVE ONE ANOTHER 70X7, WHEN ASKED OF AN APOSTLE, "LORD, HOW MANY TIMES ARE WE TO FORGIVE " WE MUST FIRST THANKFUL THAT WE HAVE BEEN FORGIVEN, THEN WE MUST FORGIVE OTHERS.

51

WE SHOULD ALSO THINK ON THE TIMES WHEN WE WERE SICK AND AFFLICTED IN OUR BODIES, AND JESUS HEALED US. DID YOU STOP TO SAY THANK YOU. I CAN TRUTHFULLY SAY, I DID. I CAN LIKEWISE BE THANKFUL TO SAY, I'VE NOT BEEN ILL VERY OFTEN, OTHER THAN MY CHILDHOOD DISEASES, SUCH AS THE MEASLES AND CHICKEN POX . BUT, SINCE I'VE BEEN GROWN UP, I HAD A MILD STROKE BEFORE AND YET, THE LORD GOD, JEHOVAH-RAPHA, HEALED ME. I DIDN'T HAVE TO BE HOSPITALIZED OR EVEN GO TO MAN DOCTOR. I CALLED ON JEHOVAH-RAPHA AND HE HEALED ME HALLELUJAH ALLL GLORY BE UNTO GOD WHAT ABOUT THE TIME (S) WHEN YOU WERE WITHOUT A JOB YOUR HOUSE WENT UNDER FORECLOSURE YOUR CAR WAS TOLLED YOU WERE UNEMPLOYED HOMELESS WHO WAS IT THAT BROUGTH YOU THROUGH IT ALL AND NOW LOOK AT YOU SINCE HE BROUGHT YOU UP AGAIN, WHEREAS YOU ONCE WERE SOOO DOWN NOBODY BUT JESUS COULD REACH OUT TO YOU AND PULL YOU UP AGAIN AND BLESS YOU ABUNDANTLY HE MADE THE ENEMY GIVE YOU BACK 100% OF WHAT HE STOLE FROM YOU SAY THANK YOU, LORD DON'T COMPLAIN IF THINGS ARE NOT PERFECT

52

YOU'RE NOT PERFECT AND MAYBE NOT DOING ALL THAT GOD WOULD HAVE YOU TO DO, SO INSTEAD OF COMPLAINING WHEN THINGS ARE GOING PERFECTLY THE WAY THAT YOU WOULD LIKE THEM TO..........SAY , THANK YOU, LORD DID HE NOT WAKE YOU UP THIS MORNING OR DID YOU THINK IT WAS THE ALARM CLOCK OH, NO , LET ME TELL YOU, IF IT HAD NOT BEEN FOR THE GRACE AND MERCY OF GOD, NO ALARM CLOCK COULD HAVE AWAKENED YOU THIS MORNING AND IF IT HAD NOT BEEN FOR HIS MERCIFUL LOVE , NO ONE WOULD REACHED OUT TO HELP YOU WHEN YOU WERE FEELING SO ALONE AND WITHOUT THAT HUSBAND THAT YOU HAD BEEN PRAYING FOR AND YET, HE LEFT YOU FOR ANOTHER WOMAN. BUT, JESUS STEPPED IN TO PROVE HIMSELF A LOVE OF YOUR SOUL AND HE BECAME THAT HUSBAND FOR YOU SAY THANK YOU WHAT ABOUT THE TIME WHEN YOU LOST YOUR MOTHER AND/OR YOUR FATHER YOU DIDIN'T KNOW HOW YOU WOULD MAKE IT THROUGH THAT TIME OF SORROW, DID YOU BUT YOU DID BECAUSE JESUS SHOWED UP AND SHOWED YOU HIS LOVE AND COMPASSIONATE SPRIT

53

OH, IF THERE WAS ENOUGH TIME , I WOULD CERTAINLY BE ABLE TO SHARE MY STORY OF THE MANY TIMES HE'S BEEN THERE FOR ME WHEN NOONE ELSE WAS HOW HE TAUGHT ME TO BE STILL AND ALLOW HIM TO FIGHT MY BATTLES FOR ME AND HE KEPT ME CONTENT AND AT PEACE JUST TO KNOW THERE WAS NOTHING HE EXPECTED OF ME , BUT TO SHOW HIM LOVE BY OBEYING HIM AS WELL AS TRUSTING HIM THERE'S NO OTHER LOVE LIKE GOD'S LOVE EXCEPT THAT HE HAS PLACED IN US TO SHOW FORTH TO THE WORLD

54

GIVE THANKS TO THE LORD, PEOPLE OF GOD AND STOP YOUR COMPLAINING. THINGS COULD ALWAYS BE WORSE, EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING THROUGH TOUGH TIMES START OUT WITH PRAISES TO HIM FOR JUST BEING GOD AND THEN BEGIN TO THANK HIM FOR HIS MERCY , GENTLENESS, KINDNESS, AND AMAZING GRACE. THANK HIM FOR WAKING YOU UP THIS MORNING, CLOTHING YOU IN YOUR RIGHT MIND, AND WITH THE ACTIVITIES OF YOUR LIMBS. THANK HIM FOR KEEPING YOU WITH A SOUND MIND, EVEN WHEN YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE LOSING IT THANK HIM THAT EVEN THOUGH YOUR REBELLED, HE GAVE YOU THE CONFIDENCE THAT BECAUSE YOU TRAINED THEM UP IN THE FEAR AND ADMINITION OF GOD ALMIGHTY, HE WILL CAUSE THEM TO TURN AROUND AND COME BACK TO WHERE THEY FIRST ACCEPTED HIM AS THEIR LORD AND SAVIOR AND THEY, TOO, WILL TELL HIM THANK YOU GOD BLESS AND KEEP YOU ALL AND DON'T NEGLECT TO PAUSE AND TELL GOD THANKS! LOVE IN CHRIST JESUS, PROPHETESS SISTER MARY

55

KATHI MACIAS DEVOTIONAL But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble (Matthew 6:33-34). If we wanted to sum up Jesus’ teachings on how to live, how to exercise faith, and how to please God, we could do so by quoting the sixth chapter of Matthew. What a marvelous and amazing chapter it is! From start to finish, Jesus outlines the image of a successful Christian, one who wholly places faith in God—and lives accordingly.

56

In addition to telling us how to live, Jesus cautions against something very dangerous and destructive: worry. Oh, I know, if you’re like me you joke that you “have to worry” because it’s “my job” (as a parent, grandparent, whatever). But chronic worry is no joking matter; Jesus, in fact, tells us not to do it. Is He expecting the impossible? Yes and no. It is impossible in our own strength simply to stop worrying. The harder we try, the more we will fail—and the more we will worry about our failure to stop worrying. But despite the fact we cannot in our own strength stop worrying, God can certainly change us from fretting worriers to victorious warriors. But we must cooperate with Him in the process. How do we do that? By paying attention to all the positive things Jesus mentions in that chapter: how to give, how to pray, how to fast, how to lay up treasures in heaven—all of which find their culmination in trusting God to supply our needs. Matthew 6:33 tells us that if we will spend our time focusing and concentrating on God and His righteousness and what He’s called us to do for His Kingdom, then He will make sure we have everything we need for our daily lives.

57

What does that look like? It looks like a humble believer who puts relationship with God above all else— prayer and praise time, Bible reading and memorization, fasting, giving, serving. When we are doing those things as He directs us to do, we will soon find that we have no time or energy left to waste on worry. And that, after all, is the abundant life Jesus died to give us. All we have to do is choose to live it. ***My newest release, A Christmas Gift, is available at most online venues, including the following: http://www.amazon.com/Christmas-Gift-KathiMacias/dp/1596694165/ref=sr_1_7?s=books&ie=UTF8&qi d=1410804227&sr=1-7&keywords=Kathi+Macias ***Kathi Macias, PO Box 772, Homeland, CA 92548 www.kathimacias.com Communicating the vision‌ (Hab.2:2) alandkathi@ca.rr.com www.kathimacias.com of Worth International wow@wowintl.net www.wowintl.net

Susan Stubbs Hyatt

SHARED BY Marilyn Orton President Reminder! We are called to be overcomers, and overcomers are “pillars in the Temple/House of the Lord!

59

The fact is that were there nothing to overcome, we could not be overcomers. We becomes “pillars,” not by yielding to emotions, but by exercising our power to choose God’s will and wisdom. With that in mind, I want to share a couple of things that you may or may not know. First, Eddie has been shut out of many places of influence and ministry because of his willingness to stand with me regarding Biblical equality. Many people think that, given his giftings and calling, that he is busy most weekends in ministry. Not so! He has given up much to follow the LORD with me.

60

61

Standing for truth without compromise and allowing the LORD to direct our steps and provide everything we need to do our small part in His Big Plan is our choice. He is faithful! So, whatever you are facing, please, know that God is with you and for you, and that He will never abandon you. Release those cares, troubles, and challenges to Him. Stay in His Word. Pay attention to His Voice in your heart. A “Becoming Pillar in the Hands of the Master Builder, Sue Marilyn Orton President

KORANG

NEVER GIVE IN ; BY TONY

In 1941 in the United Kingdom, Prime Minister Winston Churchill visited Harrow School to hear the traditional songs he had there as a youth, as well as to speak to the students.... This became one of his most quoted speeches . In fact Churchill stood before the students and said : Never give in ... Never , never , never , never , in nothing great or small , large or petty , never give in except to convictions of honour or good sense. Never give in to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy!

63

What an encouraging, awesome and powerful statement! It actually made an awesome impact in the lives in most of the students and even in the lives of some of us today. But as believers , we have someone greater than Churchill who came thousands of years earlier that told us something similar but his words were not from human origin ... He was JESUS CHRIST the son of God and GOOD NEWS ! Under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit the writer of Hebrews admonishes us in Heb 10:35: So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! Beloved, as God continues to endow you with the power of his grace, never give in but rather build up your trust in the Lord.. The enemy would try to "shake your confidence" through situations, challenges, flattery, opposition, intimidation but keep your hope alive through the WORD and PRAYER. Your CONFIDENT TRUST in God, would cause you not to be "MOVED" or "SHAKEN". We are entrusted with the gospel. We are surrounded by forces that seek to devour, trample and engage us in deadly attack. Defend your most holy faith and testimony for Jesus. Diligently hold onto God's promise, and find victory in Him. Have a blessed weekend and always stay winning by placing your confidence in God. Shalom!

64

By Delia Ann Thumbadoo When Faith Supersedes Everything None of us has been able to fully escape the grasp, the distraction, and the obsession that "peer pressure" continues to diffuse into our psyche, whether known or unknown, conscious or subliminal. Each generation has esteemed itself better and bigger in its never ending quest to being more and doing more, to acquiring more, in painting such an ideal perfect little picture of what our lives should be and what we should have in it, that venturing to do anything other than the 'prescribed norm' would be criminal, would render us substandard?!

65

Peer pressure leads us to believe that if we do not conform then we do not belong, all this at the expense of our values, our beliefs but more importantly our God given make-up. 1 John 4:18 "There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear" Until we experience the fullness of God's love for us we will come short of knowing the safe haven it offers. His love is perfect and pure and dispels the fears of insecurity and the need to reinvent ourselves just to fit in. Romans 8: 15 "The spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by Him we cry Abba Father" There is no greater comfort and assurance than being a child of God with a Heavenly Father whose love for us is all excelling. The world pressures us to conform, but Jesus teaches transformation and reformation. We are transformed by the renewing of our minds, when we change the way we think, we change the way we live and a renewed mind is made secure and safe within the parameters of the Peace and Love of our Heavenly Father. So if you are comparing notes with your neighbor, (the infamous Joneses) stop! God has better for your life, He has more in store for you. You have to believe, you have to exercise your faith!

66

I'm reminded of Abraham and the conversation he had with God in a vision, "Do not be afraid Abram, I am your shield your very great reward" Genesis 15:1. "What can you give me since I remain childless?" "A servant in my household will be my heir", was Abram's reply. Clearly Abram was aggrieved at being childless, nonetheless it was a fate that he and Sarah had long resigned to. But then God interjects - "This man will not be your heir, but a son who will be your own flesh and blood will be your heir!" You see it's never over until God speaks over it, until God intervenes and interrupts. It's almost always when we're at a place of 'confident resignation' that God stuns us with the most impossible implausible promises. As if this announcement did not send Abram reeling into a stupor and with little time for recovery, God beckons for him to go outside and scan the skies. "Look up at the sky and count the stars - if indeed you can count them - so shall your offspring be!" As the endless twinkling constellation of stars mesmerized Abram they unquestionably helped stir and fan into flame the seeds of faith from within the pit of his belly Each expanse, each gasp fortified his faith and cemented his belief! I believe said Abram and it was credited to him as righteousness.

67

I believe God continues to provoke our faith. Life is not all about our plans, our last wills and testaments - we are created for more - we are more - we are the embodiment of God whose Love and Spirit enables us to believe beyond belief, to hope beyond hope and not to succumb to the pressures, the charms and deceptions of our time. Gods Promises and perspective take away the weights that incline us to think and believe that we need to be someone special with a certain set of abilities, skills and attributes to become significant, purposeful and able. None of these are prerequisites for Gods work - I believe we can because He said we can! Believe - Only believe!

AUTHORITY AND POWER!!!!! BY APOSTLE JESSIE STRIGGLES We have ALL AUTHORITY given to us by our Heavenly Father; sadly we just don't know it. Y? Because we don't read the WORD, we only quote what Our Pastor tells us, which is limited. Your Pastor is in Authority; but doesn't mean He/She has Power> WHOA!!!! Acts 1:8 states and you shall receive power when the Holy Ghost comes upon us. Walking in Authority of who you know you are and whose you are will bring you many haters; especially if coupled with POWER!!!! I am going somewhere here - so stay with me; I am not going to leave you there - I am going to help you - I PRAY!!!!!

70

THE ELIJAH ANOINTING!!!! WALKING IN AUTHORITY AND POWER AS ONE THAT IS SENT!!!! 1 Kings 18. King Ahab was in Authority; but his wife Jezebel was operating in POWER which lead Israel into many things including famine and drought. It had not rain for 3 years there - which brought about much sickness and death. God told Elijah go there and bring rain. We all know God could have spoke it and rain would have fell. The Lord our God wants us to know; I am going to use some people in this hour that will declare and decree a thing in our lives and it shall be so - AMEN!!!!! Somebody needs to shout right there because it could be you that He is going to use Hallelujah. Elijah of course obeys God and tells Ahab - go up there for I HEAR AN ABUNDANCE OF RAIN. Ahab went seven times and returning to say I don't see a thing. Hallelujah - Glory to God. Elijah did NOT say God said it is going to ran; He said "it is going to rain" operating in Authority and Power!!!!! OF COURSE THE RAIN FELL - I MEAN AN ABUNDANCE OF RAIN FELL. How did this happen???? Great question!!!! Elijah had to bear down in the spirit, closing his eyes and ears to the natural that he could hear the rain loudly in his spirit until it manifested in the natural. GLORY TO GOD!!!!! Our problem is we want to see and hear everything in the natural.

71

OK - I AM GONNA INCLUDE A PERSONAL TESTIMONY HERE - Due to an allergic reaction to hair dye - my eyes were swollen and shut for over 2 weeks. I mean stuck shut until I couldn't see a thing - though I never got sad. When the good for nothing boyfriend I had spoke to me in the hospital - these words came forth - WHETHER I LIVE OR DIE, WHETHER I WILL BE ABLE TO SEE OR BE BLIND - THIS RELATIONSHIP IS COMPLETELY OVER. It wasn't me speaking - it was God severing a soul tie I didn't need for where He was talking me. NO THE BOYFRIEND DID NOT BELIEVE IT - BUT IT CAME TO PASS; FOR I DIDN'T BACK DOWN; NOR TURN AROUND IT WAS SETTLED. I pray in the name of Jesus - that you will recognize your Authority and for Heaven sake -seek the Lord Pressing pass everything that Jezebel throws at you until you get the Power God will give you. THE POWER TO SHUT JEZEBEL DOWN IN THE CHURCH - O YES SHE IS THERE AND IN FULL OPERATION. final word. Sever some soul ties and begin to walk in your God given Authority - then pursue, pursue, pursue. You may fall many times; but get up!

RESCUED TO BE A RESCURER BY DAISY JACKSON SUICIDE ATTEMPTS! Our God is able to deliver us from the snare of the devil, AMEN! Some of you have gone from trying to terminate your own life to being a minister of life. Give God the glory for that! You thought you had nothing to live for; that there was no hope for you. BUT GOD! God had a plan right from the very start. He made a way out of no way for you. His plan for you from the beginning had not changed. He allowed you to reach your lowest point so that you would know you HAD TO trust Him and depend on Him.

73

You had to recognize that it was not about you and that He was waiting for you to WAKE UP FROM YOUR SLUMBER and COME TO YOURSELF, The Prodigal Son, Lk 15:11-32. He didn't let the devil take you out, even though you took all of those pills, or slashed your wrists, or drove your car in such a destructive way that you could have been killed and might have taken somebody else with you. Some of you didn't succeed the first time, so you did it again. You didn't know how to recover from the choices you made so then you wanted your life to end, you wanted the pain to stop. God said NO. He preserved you for His appointed time. You didn't know the gifts in you were going to be manifested at the right time (God's perfect time) and restore others in the process. Now look at you! You're His instrument of life! Hallelujah and Glory to the Most High God.

THE GLORY OF GOD : BY CATHERIN SKINNER The LORD our God has shown us his glory. Deuteronomy 5:24 NJV God’s great design in all His works is the manifestation of His own glory. Any aim less than this would be unworthy of Himself. But how shall the glory of God be manifested to such a fallen creatures as we are? Self must stand out of the way that there may be room for God to be exalted; and this is the reason why He often brings His people into difficulties: That being made conscious of their own folly and weakness, they may be fitted to behold the majesty of God when He comes forth to work their deliverance.

75

<p>He whose life is one even and smooth path will see but little of the glory of the Lord, for he has few</p><p>occasions of self-emptying and little fitness for being filled with the revealation of God. They who</p><p>navigate little streams and shallow crreks know but little of the God of temptest; but they "do business</p><p>in great waters," these see His "wonders in the deep." Among the huge waves of bereavment, poverety,</p><p>tempation, and reproach we learn the power of Jehovah because we feel the littleness of man.</p> Thank God then if you have been led by a rough road. It is this that has given you your experience of God’s greatness and loving-kindness. Your troubles have enriched you with a wealth of knowledge to be gained by no other means: Your trials have been the cleft of the rock in which Jehovah has set you that you might behold His glory as it passed by. Reflections-WOW!! I don’t know about you, but sometimes I feel like Jonah and get angry with God because I didn’t understand until now why God allowed so many difficulties to happen in one’s life. We have to be mindful of what we ask God for.

76

Not knowing when I asked God to see His glory that I would have to go through so much pain and hardship. The trials and tribulations are what help to develop our character in Christ. They are sent to reveal our follies and weakness. Once made known unto us we can then grow and mature in the things which God has designed for us that we may be fitted to behold the majesty( able to carry the glory) of God when He comes forth to work our deliverance. When God tells you to bring to Me all that puzzle you. And you take what you don’t understand why this or that is happening to self or others. I have learned that when my heart is one with the Father, there comes an illumination of the Spirit that transcends thought. I honestly can see through a different perspective about what is going within me, around, and not be angry with God about what I don’t understand. It is by the renewing of your mind and being transformed and not conformed to this world as we/I present our bodies a living sacrifice holy and acceptable unto God, which is our reasonable service. I remember when my lifestyle was that of constant worship I had peace and rest for my soul. Now I/one need to just rise to a new place of fellowship, where we will be made to sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.”

77

When we stand out of the way of what God is emptying us of then and only then will there be room for God to exalted.

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual host of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 NKJ <p>Being taught the Holy Spirit, Yes, He will open the mysteries of the Word to us. For it was by</p><p>the Spirit of God that Scriptures were given to holy men of old; even so, by</p><p>the Spirit will the treasures of the Word be revealed to us. God wants His</p><p>glory to be revealed within our lives that He may be exalted in all that we do.</p>Remember we are members of the Body of Christ (Church). Amen

Father God, I say thank you for the work which you are doing in me that I may be fitted to behold your Strengthen My Spirit majesty as you work my deliverance. Glory to God in the Highest, thank You, for being led by a rough road. I have experienced Your greatness and loving-kindness in all that I go through.

78

My troubles have enriched me with a wealth of great knowledge gained by no other means. When one think of their trials being the cleft of the rock in which Jehovah has set you that you might behold His glory as it passed by, astonish me. To the Glory of God!! Glory Hallelujah!!! I let you sleep through that Sommy (humbled): OH GOD: I didn't let your car start because there was a drunk driver on your route that would have hit you if you were on the road. Sommy: (ashamed) God: The first person who made your sandwich today was sick & I didn't want you to catch what they have, I knew you couldn't afford to miss work.

Are We Walking In The Light Or Darkness?-1st John ch 1 verses 5-10....Amp. Bible: BY KENNETH WHITE "5 And this is the message [the message of] promise] which we have heard from Him and now are reporting to you: God is Light, and there is no darkness in Him at all ,no, not in any way]. 6 [So] if we say we are partakers together and enjoy fellowship with Him when we live and move and are walking about in darkness, we are [both] speaking falsely and do not live and practice the Truth [which the Gospel presents].

83

7 But if we [really] are living and walking in the Light, as He [Himself] is in the Light, we have [true, unbroken] fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses (removes) us from all sin and guilt [keeps us cleansed from sin in all its forms and manifestations]. 8 If are the not

we say we have no sin [refusing to admit that we sinners], we delude and lead ourselves astray, and Truth [which the Gospel presents] is not in us [does dwell in our hearts].

9 If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just (true to His own nature and promises) and will forgive our sins [dismiss our lawlessness] and [continuously] cleanse us from all unrighteousness [everything not in conformity to His will in purpose, thought, and action]. 10 If we say (claim) we have not sinned, we contradict His Word and make Him out to be false and a liar, and His Word is not in us [the divine message of the Gospel is not in our hearts]". 1st John 1:5-10...AMP.-----Did Jesus cleanse us from our sins once and for all, or is this an ongoing process? We all should know what the darkness of the carnal mind is, but has any reader of this note already fully put on the mind of Christ and is walking in it completely? Do you have unbroken fellowship with those of like mind? Can we discern those who are walking in light, and those who are walking in darkness?

84

Should we fellowship with darkness if we’re walking in light? What does John say in the above verses? How can two walk fellowship if one walks in the light while the other walks in darkness. "What fellowship has light with darkness"?. Are these scriptures relevant anymore, or we part of this group with a "seeker friendly gospel" that seeks to annul the scriptures that are inspired of the Spirit and replace them with man’s theology? A few more scriptures from 1st John ch 2 vs 4 thru 6 AMP.--"4 Whoever says, I know Him [I perceive, recognize, understand, and am acquainted with Him] but fails to keep and obey His commandments (teachings) is a liar, and the Truth of the Gospel] is not in him. 5 But he who keeps (treasures) His Word [who bears in mind His precepts, who observes His message in its entirety], truly in him has the love of and for God been perfected (completed, reached maturity). By this we may perceive (know, recognize, and be sure) that we are in Him: 6 Whoever says he abides in Him ought as a personal debt] to walk and conduct himself in the same way in which He walked and conducted Himself."

86

Do you adequately acknowledge, adore, & appreciate GOD? The Blessed Test (Author unknown) I woke up this morning and knew that today, the sun would not be shining and the clouds would be gray. As I stepped outside, rain fell upon my head. My car wouldn't start so I walked to school instead. I forgot all of my assignments, I failed all of my tests. I dropped my head in disgust and asked the Lord for one request. "Lord, why is it that things won't go my way?" He gently replied, "Dear child it is because you didn't thank me yesterday. I woke you up and enabled you to see the sun again. I gave you shelter, protected your family, and even let you make a new friend. I blessed you far greater than I ever had before. But you were too busy to thank me once more.

87

You didn't feel sick because I maintained your health. You had money in your pocket because I maintained your wealth. You had shoes on you feet and clothes to wear, too. You had plenty of food to eat, and what did you do? You ignored me and went about your tasks. But when you wanted something you never hesitated to ask. I was there when you needed me, and that wasn't too long ago. But when things started going your way, it was me you did not know. As if that weren't enough, I provided your favorite luxuries. This was something I didn't have to do-they weren't even necessities And when it was time to get on your knees and show your gratitude, You decided that after such a fulfilling day, you weren't in the mood. So I decided to give you just a little test. To show you how it would feel to stop being blessed." I began to realize what the Lord was saying. And when I got home, I fell to my knees and started praying. He said, "My child, you have learned and you know I do forgive.

88

But remember to remember this day as long as you shall live." I love filling your life with joy, and your pain I'll alleviate it. But just a simple thank you would show how much you appreciate it.

Dr. John E. Roberts THD Spiritual father's and spiritual son's teaching Lesson One RECOGNITION! WE MUST AS A BODY OF BELIEVERS DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM FIRST, AND TO DO THAT WE MUST FIRST IDENTIFY IT AS JUST WHAT IT IS‌ REJECTION! The opposite of recognition is not ignoring a person, it is rejecting them! It is through this rejection that causes the dysfunctional behavior and self centered admonition they so often portray.

90

It is evident to see what I am speaking of because so often and many times we can witness those in the “ministry” swamp themselves with all sorts of self indulged and self made titles. Unfortunately, they bring it on themselves because of this major matter (rejection) that is ignored by them first, and not realized by those that surround second (rejected). As much as the positive in right relationship that a spiritual father does in recognizing the son, the same if not more so in the negative when the opposite becomes true as the pendulum swings in the other direction all the while the young person is only desiring to be a son is experiencing being rejected. They have found within themselves the voice of THE FATHER cry from way out in the deep, but without knowing how to get there, and worse than that being ignored they find themselves feeling rejected of those whom they think to believe the one that should be their spiritual guidance in the earth, or desire one to become their spiritual father discover themselves “spiritually homeless”. To combat this they find their only consolation that is in and of themselves which will never say NO! We will never tell ourselves YOU CANNOT. We will never tell ourselves that this is not the way to do it!

91

They are motivated by self indulgence, inspired by selfish desires, directed by what they feel, and not what they supposed to do. When they combat obstacles, or come face to face with an obstruction that demands redirection or rerouting, to say NO to self is not an option! So with combative force and without care or concern to what their actions may or may not cause they boar their way through! Misconstruing their forceful accomplishment as a success, they disbelieve their actions as their own, and giving credit to God, they believe that it was right, even if it hurt someone in the Kingdom in the process omitting one of the key characteristics of Christ likeness, and that is love one for another‌ 1Jn 3:23 “And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.â€? Rejections are the tools used in the hands of the enemy that causes believers to do the one thing that is OPPOSITE to what God has willed for us to do and that is demonstrate unity! To display disunity is showing disobedience to our God and King, and bring forth a reflexive response to the supernatural focus resulting in and through the natural.

92

Rejection must be the first problem in ministry that we deal with and understand in order to combat the onslaught of out of order misconduct, out of sync carnality, and disreputable conduct that has almost become a religious norm in the earth today. Rejection comes in all sorts of shapes, and wears an assortment of disguises. However, the good news is the Heavenly Father has instituted the solution through the manifested presence of spiritual fathers in the earth allowing the respective order to come into focus through their ability to engage and demonstrate the solutions. One quality of the spiritual father which is not only to recognize the son God has placed in their care, but to see the quarrel within them cease and strengthen the fight within the soul of that son so that they may become victorious in the end, and demonstrate within themselves to seeing them become the spiritual fathers in the earth to the next generation. It is this quality that only a spiritual father has which combats the rejection. The building of their relationship is not an overnight success. It takes time, energy, and even sacrifice to accommodate the will of the Father. We can see this demonstrated in the Word of God thru the story of one spiritual father and his spiritual son ELI and SAMUEL.

93

Bear in mind that Samuel has been under the care of his spiritual father Eli for quite some time now, and over time both discover the lessons learned. “And the child Samuel ministered unto the LORD before Eli. And the word of the LORD was precious in those days; there was no open vision. And it came to pass at that time, when Eli was laid down in his place, and his eyes began to wax dim, that he could not see; And ere the lamp of God went out in the temple of the LORD, where the ark of God was, and Samuel was laid down to sleep; That the LORD called Samuel: and he answered, Here am I. And he ran unto Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou calledst me. And he said, I called not; lie down again. And he went and lay down. And the LORD called yet again, Samuel. And Samuel arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou didst call me. And he answered, I called not, my son; lie down again. Now Samuel did not yet know the LORD, neither was the word of the LORD yet revealed unto him. And the LORD called Samuel again the third time. And he arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou didst call me. And Eli perceived that the LORD had called the child. Therefore Eli said unto Samuel, Go, lie down: and it shall be, if he call thee, that thou shalt say, Speak, LORD; for thy servant heareth. So Samuel went and lay down in his place. And the LORD came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel.

94

Then Samuel answered, Speak; for thy servant heareth. And the LORD said to Samuel, Behold, I will do a thing in Israel, at which both the ears of every one that heareth it shall tingle.” (1Sa 3:1-11) As you can see, it’s not instant. Both the spiritual father Eli was also learning thru the son Samuel. So as Samuel was being learned the father was being taught. This gives weight to another characteristic found in the relationship between a spiritual father and the spiritual son…being and remaining to be teachable. Being teachable and remaining that way is the only instrument and apparatus God has introduced to us and blessed us with that will keep us on the right path of fulfilling His will and maintaining His Purpose…NOT OURS! There is a saying I have adopted which declares, “Smooth seas never make for a skilled sailor” (Author unknown). It takes all sorts of events, obstacles, trials, and even tragedies to help us along our journey. However, it is the unfortunate reality of rejection, and the emotions that it ignites that will cause one to display either the humility or the hostility of a person to become a slave to their own desires negatively or a son making them a servant in the Kingdom of Heaven on earth positively.

95

Through the emotionalism of rejection one finds themselves on a journey to become self preserving on a religious platform, or becoming and remaining selfless seeking the unity of the Body of Christ, allowing the bigger picture to take focus and center stage that fulfilling what is the “CHURCH’S GREAT COMMISSION”, and that being… “And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.” (Eph 4:11-16)

96

Because once the rejection settles in a stasis mode it then becomes the preeminence of all that follows in the flesh, and we can see and recognize the opposite of this true great commission to the church in the following verses that follow‌ “This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. But ye have not so learned Christ; If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbor: for we are members one of another. Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil. Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.

97

Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamor, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you. (Eph 4:17-32) As we continue in discovering the real and true relationship of spiritual fathers and spiritual sons, let us not forget that this is a journey. In the natural, fathers deal with their sons in very unique and individual ways. Yet the one thing that is true, that if we are likened to the Heavenly Father as spiritual fathers in the earth, we will not deviate from the pattern. The one thing that the Heavenly Father did to pattern this out for us is by and thru His Son. “To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.

98

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” (2Co 5:19-21) God (THE FATHER) did not just COMMAND salvation to occur, HE CAME IN AND THRU IT! The Scripture says that, “…GOD (THE FATHER) WAS IN CHRIST…”! Who was Christ? GOD – THE FATHER WAS CHRIST! This is why we can say without conjecture that GOD IS ONE! This is also why in Ephesians we see that unity thread all thru that fourth chapter. The Heavenly Father GOT UP UNDER THE SON, and demonstrated FIRSTHAND HOW TO not only command salvation, but fulfilled it in order to bring it to pass. Man (humanity) was appointed to die ONCE, then judgment. GOD in and thru Jesus in the humanity form could not escape His own word, and with that said demonstrated salvation by being made, “…to be sin for us…”. God did it! He also demonstrated thru action and earthly reality what a father is by getting up under His Son, and bringing about the greatest change in all the sons that remain and those to come…SALVATIONAL CHANGE!

99

You see the goal of spiritual father's in the earth is not their ministry's, but much rather building up those God gave them as spiritual son's grooming and growing them to becoming spiritual father's to the next generation. God is from generation to generation and it is clearly seen and witnessed by the expressed relationships of spiritual father's to and with spiritual son's. The difference is seen in Malachi, where we recognize a father by the honour of the son, -vs.- the demands of the master by the reaction of the slave. Mal 1:6 “A son honoureth his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a father, where is mine honour? and if I be a master, where is my fear? saith the LORD of hosts unto you…” This word is Kabad (pronounced kaw-bad’) and means to be heavy, that is, in a bad sense (burdensome, severe, dull) or in a good sense (numerous, rich, honorable); causatively to make weighty (in the same two senses): Now here comes a lesson…

100

IT DOES NOT MEAN MONEY! This becomes the motivation of a master to a slave for the slave OWES the master his sacrifice, whereas the father loves to give to the son out of relationship. In fact, when used in the total 114 times in the old testament it has to deal with being understood thru our English language as an adjective (weighty). We see it used with Pharaoh of Egypt when his heart was kabad (heardened). We see it again when describing the keeping of the Law when Moses said, (using the word glorious), Deut 28:58 “If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that thou mayest fear this “kabad” and fearful name, THE LORD THY GOD;” We see it again in the word “glorified” when we read it saying, “And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not. And there went out fire from the LORD, and devoured them, and they died before the LORD. Then Moses said unto Aaron, This is it that the LORD Spake, saying, I will be sanctified in them that come nigh me, and before all the people I will be “KABAD”. And Aaron held his peace.” (Lev 10:1-3)

101

I am sure that money talks and crap walks. Unfortunately, this is also a motivation of masters, and descriptive of their truest nature. They use tactics and carnal training to motivate by saying and using money as being the fundamental structure that God has in focus. They will use the Bible portions to support their goal like a workman is worthy of their hire? Yet when one sincerely allows God to teach from an eternal and glorious standpoint, money does not play a role. Master's lack the real authenticity of the relationship of a spiritual father in the earth so their response is to enslave and not enhance. This is going to upset several apple-carts right here, but the use of that particular Scripture “Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest. Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves. Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way. And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house. And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again. And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.

102

And into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you: And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.”(Luke 10:2-9) This is not saying anywhere in it either implied or theorized as MONEY as being any part of of the harvesting laborers. I am sure some will argue, and may even want to debate. However, if it was a payment of monetary value they were to seek in order to be compensated for, then wouldn’t it say it plainly? Would not God take the time necessary to be so be descriptive as to speak plainly so that the child of God (labourer of the harvest) would not have to deal with frustration? So what is his payment? How do you pay a spiritual labourer earthly? Obviously, it is not containing money for they don’t even have purses (“…carry neither purses, nor scrip, nor shoes…”)? So what could it be? Are we not talking about the Kingdom of God (Luke 10:9)? I believe it is spoken very plain from our Lord when He said, “…heal the sick…”, saying “…peace be to this house…”, and even not to even, “…salute no man by the way…”? Yet no where do we see anyone rendering payment except for eating and drinking. Furthermore, what are they supposed to be harvesting in the first place anyhow?

103

I am sure that this will strike a nerve, and so be it if it does, as long as it does not strike division. We have had enough division and seen an immeasurable amount of that already. These are words from the Master of our souls. Therefore, hear ye Him. Yet this is the earthly master’s response –vs- the voice of the father’s to say “yeah, but what He meant was… and quarrel and debate negating the very plain spoken truth. They use terminology such as “full time ministry” and qualify their need to absorb your purse’s condiments, hoping to get payment of sorts. We can hear the voice of the spiritual father’s because they are the same as our Heavenly Father’s. He speaks from an eternal standpoint, and not an earthly. We hear the spiritual father’s speaking from the earthly standpoint reflecting the eternal, and you just can’t take it with you there can you? Our subject is spiritual father’s and spiritual son’s, and the topic is rejection. It is rejection that compensates the empty soul with illnesses that reflect what is happening inwardly to the world outwardly thru all sorts of disguises. One is hostility. We find other demonstrative’s of the same such as a coexisting anger calling it or defending it as righteous.

104

We find others too such as jealousy, malice, selfishness, and many others, but the bottom line is if the rejected soul does not allow God to deal with the rejection, they will carry it into their later ministerial life and use it to hurt and destroy others that they come in contact with, and instead of embracing the beautiful reality of the father son relationship, they become tyrant's and result in becoming master's who need slave's resulting in affecting a generation instead of effecting it. It is like a cancer that cannot be cut away enough, for it keeps coming back over and over again, never ending the cycle. We must first deal with identifying this rejection, and as a result demonstrate the solution. The solution is for spiritual fathers to take their rightful place and function accordingly. We will continue with our lessons next by discussing other characteristics of spiritual father’s and spiritual son’s. We will share the standpoints from a biblical viewpoint and demonstrate through a visual description. We must understand that to forge the reality of the Ephesians chapter four truths in the earth, we must rediscover them through the reality of right relationships. TO GOD BE THE GLORY! WHO BUT GOD? : BY DAISY JACKSON Who knows whether God has sent the rain, the snow, the ice, or wind storms into our lives for correction or for mercy? The rain causes the dry earth to give growth to food and beautiful greenery, yet too much rain can devastate that same land and cause flooding. The wind can give a cool coziness on a hot day, but strong winds will destroy buildings and uproot trees. Even the sunlight uncovers what was covered by darkness, yet too bright the sun, and we can not look at it, for our eyes can not allow in such a glare. Indeed, the intense heat will burn and can even blind.

Who but God is able to stem the river's tide when it rages, or calm the strong wind to a gentle breeze. Who but God is Almighty and need cry out to none? He giveth help and does not need another's instruction. He knoweth the way we must go. Who is he that can show God how, or tell God when? Who but God is able to keep us from falling? He it is that hears our heart's cry. He intervenes on our behalf. Who but God is so compassionate, that He bears with our insolence and disobedience in order that He may allow us time to come into our rightful place with Him? God is calling. His arim is outstretched. He is leaning forward, bending toward us, urging us to come in place. There's a place waiting for each of us with Him. Who but God has an agenda of love for us that overrides His rightful wrath? He makes us to know He is God, and there is none other. He makes us to know, He is for us and not against us Job 37: 23 Touching the Almighty we cannot find him out: He is excellent in power, and in judgement, and in plenty of justtice; He will not afflict. He is God and He is love!

Let us take heed to the signs of the times. For there cometh a day when God will say, Time is up! We can not know when. Yet, we can redeem the time.

I pray rich wisdom for you. Blessings DLJackson

GODSOWN

Is God a Legalist? BY JEFF

I can just imagine the eyebrows that raised, along with tempers, from just a few supposedly inordinate words, on a page. Let us look carefully at the steps it takes to becoming a legalist. Legal: LE'GAL, a. [L. legalis, from lex, legis, law.] 1. According to law; in conformity with law; as a legal standard or test; a legal procedure. 2. Lawful; permitted by law; as a legal trade. Anything is legal which the laws do not forbid. 3. According to the law of works, as distinguished from free grace; or resting on works for salvation. 4. Pertaining to law; created by law. Legalism: 1: strict, literal, or excessive conformity to the law or to a religious or moral code <the institutionalized legalism that restricts free choice> 2: a legal term or rule Legalist: le•gal•ist noun \-list\ 1: an advocate or adherent of moral LEGALISM

109

2: one that views things from a LEGAL standpoint; especially: one that places primary emphasis on legal principles or on the formal structure of governmental institutions Legalistic: le•gal•isstic [lee-guh-liz-stick] noun 1.strict adherence, or the principle of strict adherence, to law or prescription, especially to the letter rather than the spirit. 2. Theology. a. the doctrine that salvation is gained through good works. b. the judging of conduct in terms of adherence to precise laws. 3. the principles and practices of a school of political theorists advocating strict legal control over all activities, a system of rewards and punishments uniform for all classes, and an absolute monarchy. Oddly enough, what we declare to be legalism, ist, or istic, is defined by our perspectives of thinking, and our choices of understanding, something God Himself warned us not to do. When I asked, is God legalistic, I wasn’t referring to the judgmental thinking of most, I was however asking does God want us to obey His whole law? To the chagrin of many, the answer is yes. I’m not talking about the Mosaic law or the Levitical law, I’m talking about the ten laws God wrote in stone and Jesus condensed down to two laws.

110

God made it clear for most, when He said; if you love Me, you will obey Me! Joh 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. Heb 5:9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; Nothing that God spoke, either by Jesus or any of His mouthpieces were suggestions, they were commands and demands, our loss in the measure of things is based on our free will. This is but a few to think about, and hopefully give credence too. Lev 19:2 Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy. 1Pe 1:16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. 1Ki 8:61 Let your heart therefore be perfect with the LORD our God, to walk in his statutes, and to keep his commandments, as at this day. Mat 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. The commands written in stone by the hand of God: Exo 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Exo 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Exo 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; Exo 20:7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

111

Exo 20:8 Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Exo 20:12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee. Exo 20:13 Thou shalt not kill. Exo 20:14 Thou shalt not commit adultery. Exo 20:15 Thou shalt not steal. Exo 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. Exo 20:17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbors. Deu 11:22 For if ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do them, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, and to cleave unto him; Luk 10:27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbor as thyself. Mar 12:31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these. Rom 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. 2Ti 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2Ti 2:16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.

112

This is but the smallest tip of the iceberg known as God’s commands and like it or not, God expects us to give Him our all in obedience to all His commands that we might be with Him for eternity! We fail, we face consequences, and this also is found in His Word: 2Th 1:7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, 2Th 1:8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Is God a legalist? Yes He is but you have the right to take on any think perspective you want, but when all is and done, if you don’t obey Him, you don’t end up with Him. If that’s not news you want to hear, argue the point with Him, otherwise, we need to repent of doing things our way, and trying to dictate to God, what His Word says, because He has no plans of changing, Amen!!!

113

HE IS : By Catherin Skinner ABBA-FATHER, your word is powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Therefore, I humbly come boldly to Your throne of grace with a heart of genuine repentance and thanksgiving, that I may obtain mercy and find grace to help in this time of need.

114

I need You Almighty God, to draw me back unto Yourself in that place (domain) of passion, devotion, loyalty, discipline, worship in Spirit and Truth I once had for and with You alone. I need to return unto You my God, my King, my Lord, my Savior, and my Redeemer. I have gone astray and backslidden to long for my own good and peace of my mind. There is no rest for my soul and spirit Lord God, now O God; I fear that I’ve stayed to long. I tried on my own to turn and come back, but it is so hard. I need Your Holy Spirit to arise within me, for I know He is within me. Because You, said that You would never leave nor forsake me, how I need Thee more than anything or anyone O God. Daily, You make known to me all kinds of contrivances will seek to throw me off balance. And honestly AbbaFather, I have allowed them to do just that throw me off balance. I don’t care Father, what people think or say about me, or what they think I may or may not have done. Now it is urgent for me that I submit myself under Your mighty hand and bring my body into submission of the centrifugal power of the Holy Spirit within me to draw and keep me in the perfect divine pattern and form. Since it is I who must work out my own soul salvation. Therefore, I yield my will; give you my heart, mind, and soul as I draw nigh unto You O God that you may draw nigh unto me. I resist the pull of the external forces.

115

In the language of the scriptures, it is the world, the flesh and the devil which influences toward destruction and ugliness. O God, unless you’re willing to draw me back into Your Presence I cannot come. Too long I have allowed my enemies to influence and lure me from your presence. Transform me O God as you did the caterpillar that I give you the glory, honor, power and all the praise for unto you alone do my spirit yield and say thank you for being so mindful of me and perfecting all that concerns me. Father God, I thank you in advance for I Declare and Decree that it shall be as I call those thing that are not as though they were in Jesus’ Mighty Name. I plead the Blood of Jesus over every area in my life, family, friends, sickness, health, wealth, ministries and over every benefit I have and shall receive from you O God. No weapon formed against me and all that concerns me shall prosper. Every tongue that raises up against me in judgment You shall condemn. For this is my heritage for I am a servant/child of Lord, the Most High God. Amen!! Glory Hallelujah! Praise God, Thank You Jesus, for this is the day that you have made and I shall rejoice and be glad in it. Amen

116

Therefore I now have the mindset of Jesus. Amen JESUS, JESUS, JESUS, THERE IS SOMETHING ABOUT THE NAME JESUS. HE IS ALL I NEED! Inspired by God Reflections of Quotes from Daily Moment In His Presence Written by Catherin Skinner 09/04/2014

Fire From Heaven.....BY KENNETH WHITE “And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, and deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast…” (Rev. 13:13-14). My heart’s desire and prayer to God is that He will give the spirit of understanding to all who read these lines. There are commentators who are of the opinion that we should not think of the beast performing genuine signs, but fake signs produced either by trickery or by the power of Satan.

118

Some who interpret the book of Revelation historically tell of Roman priests who, with the aid of fireworks, made flames burst forth from images of the emperors, or who, by means of ventriloquism, made it seem as if these images spoke. Others appeal to what the apostle refers to as “lying signs and wonders,” and tell of the stigmata that appeared on certain Roman Catholic Priests, bleeding icons, weeping statues, appearances of the Virgin Mary, and many other marvelous things that have been reported through the centuries of Christianity. Such deceit may have been practiced. The text, however, does not say that the beast fakes great signs, but that it does great signs. That gives the impression that genuine signs are meant. This explanation is supported by the words of the Lord Jesus, wherein He said that “false Christs and false prophets shall rise and shall show great signs and wonders” (Mat. 24:24). According to the apostle John the precise purpose of these great signs and wonders is to deceive the earthdwellers! They are for the purpose of deceiving the carnal Christians! What a word that is! Because of the signs “which” — as the original Greek text says — “were given it to do in the sight of the beast,” the earthdwellers are deceived. Here and in verse fifteen the word “given,” which we find repeatedly in the first part of this chapter, is again used in the Greek text. It reveals that the beast is not doing these wonders by its own volition or power.

119

The ability comes from another source. It does not say that the first beast gives him this power, nor does it say that the dragon gives him the power. It is my conviction that none other than GOD grants to the beast the ability to perform these miracles! They are real miracles. They are called miracles! And the power to do them is “given” him! Rather than supposing that the power comes from trickery or from demons, I rather believe the power is from God, but they abuse the powers granted to them, usurping the gifts and powers of God for their own ends, to deceive the people, to keep them in the system, to gain a following, to build a kingdom, and for financial gain. I have seen this in the church systems a thousand times! Oh, yes! This is better understood once we see that the Lord’s people are in Babylon. When John was being shown that mighty city of Religious Babylon he also heard a voice from heaven, saying, “Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues” (Rev. 18:4). In the Old Testament it was God’s people Israel that was led away captive into the Babylon of that day. The captives there were the Lord’s people! And the Lord’s people were not themselves Babylon, but they were in captivity in Babylon. It is here that we must distinguish between the Lord’s people and the system so many are involved in. The leading of the Lord in our lives has been two-fold.

120

First, we seek fellowship with all the Lord’s precious people, regardless of their level of growth and development in Christ. They are HIS and I do not hesitate to call them my brothers and sisters, and I am mature enough to relate to them right where they are. Just as I can play with my grandchildren without looking down my nose at them or denigrating them for their immaturity, so I can fellowship with any believer without putting on an air of superiority. At the same time, we cannot, DARE NOT fellowship the Babylon System! We can and will fellowship anyone — but we will not fellowship their system! This means that much of our fellowship is confined to a “one on one” basis, after we get past those who won’t fellowship us at all because they perceive us to be heretics, separatists from the body of Christ, or something worse! Let us now notice that even in Babylon God honors His people! God always honors the seeking heart and faith — even in spite of their weakness, failures, immaturity, carnality, and the fleshly system they may be bound in. On far away Patmos John beheld in vision seven golden candlesticks. He also saw in the midst of the candlesticks one like unto the Son of man (Rev. 1:12-13). These are wonderfully significant words! The candlestick realm is the church realm! The One John saw was not seated on a golden throne in heaven, He was not standing in a rainbow before a waterfall, He wasn’t standing on a mountain top, He wasn’t standing before the altar in a great cathedral.

121

Oh, no! He was standing in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks! He is standing in the midst of the churches! Now, we also know that there were serious problems in the seven churches of Asia in the book of Revelation! There was sin, carnality, error, pride, the Jezebel spirit (spiritual harlotry, Babylon), the Nicolaitane spirit (hierarchy, elevation of the clergy, man’s control), the doctrine of Balaam (compromise), lukewarmness, and so on. The Lord admonished and rebuked the churches for these conditions! My beloved brethren, I am as much opposed to religion and man-made, organized, carnal minded, fleshly religious systems as any man alive today. This has been my passion since that blessed day when the voice of Christ bade me, “Come out of her.” At the same time I recognize that the redeemed people of God constitute the church, and I recognize the church as being made up of those who are the Lord’s people. I thank God for the church, the seven golden candlesticks! It will greatly aid our understanding to see how the Lord Jesus, the Son of man clothed in the garment of His priesthood, with eyes of discernment like flames of fire, with burning feet of judgment like unto brass heated red-hot in a furnace, and the two-edged sword of His living word flashing out of His mouth, walks IN THE MIDST OF EACH OF US AND ALL OF US whom He has redeemed! Isn’t it true that nearly all of us were in the church systems when first we heard the Voice?

122

Was not the Lord walking in our midst even then, even in the midst of all the wretchedness of that harlot system? Who can deny it! In chapters two and three of the Revelation we see the seven conditions within the seven churches, good and bad, positive and negative, spiritual and carnal, commendable and reproachable. The Lord is in the midst of every one of these conditions! He walks in the midst of the churches, in the midst of their love, strength, patience, righteousness, truth, and faithfulness, and also in the midst of their weakness, faults, failures, carnality, false doctrine, nakedness, rebellion, and shame. The Lord is there in the midst of every condition! In the midst of images, crucifixes, candles, incense, holy water, ritual and ceremony, the Lord walks! In the midst of man-centered, flesh oriented programs and promotions, the Lord walks! In the midst of a distorted gospel, false teaching — the prophetess Jezebel — the Lord walks! In the midst of organization, man-made structures, and grasping after men to draw them into the system and hold them in its clutches, the Lord walks! He condescends to come down into the midst of all this religious foolishness and live and walk and move in their midst to bless men right where they are. What love! What matchless love! We cannot deny that He is there, touching men, saving men, delivering men, quickening men, healing, responding to heart-cries, answering prayers, doing wonders!

123

I have witnessed “evangelistic crusades” where men were dangled over the flames of hell as a means of scaring them into the loving arms of Jesus, and yet people ran to the altars crying out to God for mercy, and He was merciful, for He was there and He met them there on that level and brought salvation into their lives. What love! What humility! What condescension! What goodness! What compassion! Even the Psalmist recognized the great tenderness and faithfulness of the Lord to walk wherever we walk when he cried out, “If I make my bed in hell, behold, Thou art there!” (Ps. 139:8). Here is the beast out of the earth, the caricature of the Lamb of God, the beast with the dragon-voice, the enemy of all that is pure, the enemy of the anointing, the bondage of the captives, and yet Jesus Christ’s love is such that He will walk in the midst of it, ministering to the captives! He will touch its ministries, move by His Spirit among the people, bless their feeble efforts, fill with His Spirit, impart gifts and graces, show signs and wonders and miracles, manifesting His presence and His power there — in Life! As a friend of ours once said, “What a God you are to allow yourself to be brought down so low IN ORDER TO SERVE! The church system has some truth — but it is truth twisted, perverted, tangled, garbled, grotesquely represented, but truth all the same. How willing He is to start where we are, to condescend to stoop to our depths and meet us there, only to raise us from that to a higher realm!”

124

Many, however, are not ready to be raised to a higher realm. Yet we behold the loving kindness of the Lord! Can we not see that the church systems use the blessing of God, they use the anointing of the Spirit, they use and abuse the gifts, anointing, and power of God, in order to bring men under their domination, build their movement, and establish their own kingdom. Fire from heaven! Can it be that the fire the beast calls down from heaven in the sight of men is truly heavenly fire? Our text does not deny it! It says plainly that he doeth great wonders, that he makes fire come down from heaven, and that he had power (Greek: was given) to do miracles! It is not a question of whether this beast actually is given heavenly fire, divine fire, to do great signs and wonders, but what does he do with this power? How does he use it? What is his motivation, his purpose, his intent? The answer is not long in coming! “And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he was given to do. Can we not see by this that he uses or mis-uses this power in order to DECEIVE! All through the scriptures miracles and blessings were esteemed to be the vindication, validation, and proof of the truthfulness of the prophet’s message. God confirmed the word of Elijah by sending down fire from heaven and consuming the sacrifice, the altar, and even the dust! The ministry of Aaron the high priest was validated by fire from heaven consuming the burnt sacrifice upon the altar!

125

But here in our text the fire is used to validate a lie, to seduce men and lead them into errors, into false worship — the paying of homage and obedience to the beastly system! Have you not heard the gospel preached, seen men blessed, even miracles performed, and though men responded to the truth and anointing that was present, they were also thereby sucked into submission to men, slavery in a religious system, and into the false doctrines and carnal programs of that system. They are the Lord’s people in captivity in Babylon — yet brought there by the very manifestation of the power of God! Oh, yes! Fire from heaven — to deceive! That is the mystery. Well did George Hawtin admonish: “Set not your heart on miracles or signs or wonders. You will be deceived if you do. Refuse to fellowship with the harlot system on the basis that some of her cardinals or bishops speak in tongues. Many thousands are being deceived by this and are already falling into the clutches of a world church system. Personally I am extremely skeptical about all the movements of this present hour — the World Council of Churches, The Ecumenical Movement, the Charismatic Movement, and the mass meetings of world renowned evangelists. They are all heading in one direction. They are moving with increasing momentum toward a world church — a super body that will dictate to and completely dominate everyone on earth. They are merely different arms of the Babylon octopus.

126

If they do not grasp you in one arm, they will grasp you in another. If they do not hook you on one lure, they will catch you on another. It is all a very deceitful and false thing, and the only safety for a Christian in our day is to be obedient to the voice of Christ and come out from among them, and abandon every phase and form of them, and be separate unto Christ, refusing to touch the unclean thing” — end quote. It has been my experience that God is thoroughly “pruning” His sons in this hour that they may be able to bear and bring forth an abundant harvest of kingdom fruit. He not only prunes away from us the sins and works of the flesh, but a great deal of religiousness and religious activities and those involved therein as well. There was a time when we made the circuit, speaking for the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship and various churches in the Pentecostal and Charismatic circles. Our desire was pure — to share the present truth of sonship and deeper life of the Christ within, to inspire them and bless and challenge any and all possible. Here and there we found an elect few who had ears to hear, but for the most part it became evident that we were “spinning our wheels.” Then one day it dawned on me! Our word was not producing results on the “kingdom” level in those places.

127

Oh, they were delighted to have Brother Eby come by and share his testimony, even minister a revelatory word and prophesy over some people, momentarily satiating the intense craving in a few hearts for a richer diet of spiritual fare. But after I left, nothing changed! There was no fruit. There was no heightened vision, no going on to higher realms in God. These merely took the word we ministered, diluted it with their shallow church program, and used it to further their own kingdom. Ah, they enjoyed drawing life from us so long as it didn’t require them to bear kingdom fruit! As long as our ministry could be “used” to increase their branches and put on many beautiful leaves — the manifestation of life without fruit — we were welcome in their midst. But what they were doing was sapping the life out of us to enhance and embellish and strengthen their own Babylonish system! The beast was “using” the word and the power of God to deceive and enslave the people in the bestial religious system of man. Suddenly the voice of the Lord thundered authoritatively in my ear, “ENOUGH!” And the celestial husbandman did a work of pruning in the garden of my life. He pruned away from my walk a religious realm that will draw life, but will not bear fruit of that life. No longer would the mighty work of God in me be “used” to cause men to pay homage to the beast! May God make the truth of this real to all who read these lines.---J Preston Eby

ON TEACHING THE KING, THE KINGDOM AND THE CROSS: BY: AMBASSADOR AMOS YOUNG SR. The disciples were sent by Jesus preaching the Kingdom of God [Mat 10:7-8] being leaders in training with Jesus [Luk 8:1] ... Jesus explained to them that he must suffer many things and be killed, but they did not understand what Jesus was telling them [Mat 16:21] From that time [v: 13-20] forth began Jesus {Jesus began) to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, (the religious folk) ...

130

and suffer many things of the elders, and chief priests and scribes, and be killed [Luk 23:20-24], and be raised again the third day [Mar 16:6] [Luk 24:6].

: 22 Then Peter took {Jesus}, and began to rebuke (admonish Jesus for saying such a thing), saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall Not be unto thee. : 23 But {Jesus} turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence (skandalon > an offence: a stumbling block to me; an impediment placed in the way of that I am come to fulfill)....

131

Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: (pretty strong words wouldn't you say... and here's why >) for (because, in that) thou savourest "not" > the things that be of God, but those that be of men. (Peter you not of the same mind as Me; Peter you thinking out of your own opinionated self, and you are not receiving what I’ve just told you concerning Me) ... for thou savourest not the things of God, but those that be of men (Peter you leaning in your understanding in the teaching of men, you're placing your slant on things, and your own understanding above what I'm telling you Peter; you not comprehending what I'm saying to you). From that time forth [v: 13-20] began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day. So, the disciples, at that time, could not have gone preaching the Cross. And Jesus Himself did not go preaching the Cross. And Jesus explaining what was about to go down, had it go no better with the Jews when Jesus conversed with them, in that, they also had no comprehension of Jesus' resurrection from the dead:

132

Jhn 2:18 Then answered the Jews (after Jesus had kicked the moneychangers out of the temple, they having made his house of prayer, a den of thieves v: 13-17).... Then answered the Jews and said unto {Jesus}, “What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things? : 19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. : 20-21 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? But {Jesus} spake of the temple of his body. (While they think Jesus is talking about the physical building, they temple)

133

: 22 When therefore {Jesus} was risen from the dead {Jesus’} disciples remembered that {Jesus} had said this > Mat 16:21 ……………. "how that he must go unto Jerusalem and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day". : 22 When therefore {Jesus} was risen from the dead, his disciples (then) remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said. And so the apostle, and disciple having walked with Jesus [Mat 9:35), having learned from the mouth of Jesus [Mat 5 – 7] [Mat 13:10-52] having mimicked Jesus [Luk 10:1-11] [Mat 10:7-8]; the apostles were now founded upon the Chief Cornerstone Who’d been rejected of men. And nowhere but nowhere are the apostles instructed to come up with their very own doctrine aside from them learning at the feet of Jesus. Nowhere but nowhere, where the apostles told that the church is founded upon them. Point of fact, they apostle are founded upon the doctrine Jesus came preaching “the Kingdom of God”

134

…. And so the apostles and those of the way, scattered about go preaching, go preaching the word of The Kingdom [Mat 13:19-23]. They go, as we are to go, preaching the KING, the KINGDOM AND the CROSS: [Acts 17:2-7] [1Co 2:2] [Acts 8:9-12] [2Co 13:4] [Acts 20:22-25] [2 Pet 1:1-11] [Act 28:23-24] [Gal 5:24] [Acts 4:10] [Gal 2:20] [Acts 28:30-31] Mat 28:18-19 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Mat 28:20 Teaching them to observe ALL THINGS whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world [Mat 24:14]. Amen. THE KING, THE KINGDOM AND THE CROSS … seek first The Kingdom and [Mat 6:33] Ambassador Amos Young Sr.

Theology: BY DR. LEONARD ROBINSON In order to understand GOD'S plan for mankind you must go as far back to the origin of man as you can get. Truth is original thought. If you want to know the truth you must return to GOD'S original thought for the creation of man. In order to understand your purpose, identity and divine destiny you must understand GOD'S thought; His purpose for the creation of man. God said to me that in our theology, the result of man's vain attempt to understand God with an unrenewed mind, we don't go back far enough in discovering the will of God for man.

136

Many of us who became born again only went as far back as GOD'S Abrahamic covenant promise to Abraham which spans both Old and New Testament. God told Abraham that he would be the father of a multitude and that in him all the nations of the earth would be blessed. We learned that as being those who are in Christ we are Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise. Consequently many have labored for the "Blessing" of Abraham and made the promises of God according to the Abrahamic promise the priority of their life, and the object of their pursuit. In other words, as a point of theology a great number of Christians camped at the notion of being blessed by God according to GOD'S Abrahamic covenant. Such knowledge is true for all the promises of God are yes and so be it, but we still have not properly discovered the will of God for man, which starts with GOD'S original intent for the creation of man. So many Christians go through life never discovering GOD'S original purpose for their lives and they languish in a bewildering being tossed to a fro by every wind of doctrine, and into this vacuum of knowledge lay men who with cunning craftiness wait to deceive many. Your theology must not begin with the knowledge of salvation and the promise of the Abrahamic blessing alone.

Instead, to have a proper theology you must return to GOD'S original purpose for the creation of man for within such a discovery you will find your purpose, identity and divine destiny and will learn how to make priority what God makes priority. Theology is the study of God. We could call theology God-ology or God knowledge. What is the Godknowledge concerning His purpose for creating man. Genesis 1:26-28 reveal to us GOD'S original purpose for the creation of man. He says in this historical account of the mind of God as revealed to Moses, that God said that He made man in His image and likeness, that He made them both male and female and blessed them, and said to them to be fruitful. Multiply, replenish the earth, subdue it and to have dominion. A proper theology would reveal that GOD'S plan for mankind then is GOD'S plan for mankind now and a central part of the purpose of God sending Jesus to restore man back to GOD'S original purpose. God sent Jesus to Retore, Redeem, Reconcile, and Recover man from Satan's dominion. God sent Jesus with the one gift that would cause us to legally possess what Adam lost. God sent Jesus with the gift of righteousness. Romans 5:17 2 Corinthians 5:17-21

138

It's with this gift of righteousness that you've been restored back to what Adam lost. Righteousness is your dominion. Jesus tells us two make two elements of this reality to be our number one priority. He didn't say that manmade religion was to be your number one priority. He didn't say that the feast days or the Sabbath, or blowing the shofar or waving banners, and praise dancing, or the prophetic was to be your number one priority. Jesus didn't say that the wearing of clerigical garments, vestments, collars or robes, or wearing of crosses and chains was to be your number one priority. Jesus didn't say that religious titles were to be your number one priority. He didn't even say that giving was to be your number one priority. Jesus gives only one answer for the needs of mankind. He only gives one answer as the key to receiving all that God has purposed for man. Jesus doesn't preach faith, prosperity or the Abrahamic covenant blessing. The answer Jesus gives to His followers as to being the means by which God will fulfill His plan for their lives and meet their needs is found in Matthew 6:33. Jesus tells those who are His disciples to have one main priority in life. They are to make priority what Jesus Himself made priority. Jesus tells His followers not to worry about what they are going to eat, or wear, don't worry about the things they need.

139

He tells them that the Gentiles, the heathens seek the same things but for the followers of Jesus, they don't have to worry, have a care or any unnecessary anxiety if they will make priority what Jesus makes priority. Jesus in assuring the disciples that they would be taken care of, says; But seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things (that you have need of. Even the very things the Gentiles seek) will be added to you besides. Matthew 6:33 (Emphasis added) In all the theology (knowledge of God) that we might possess, if we don't understand the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and don't make GOD'S priority our own just as Jesus did then we will camp somewhere in the word of God drawing all the wrong concepts and reaching the wrong conclusions. The interesting thing about Jesus instruction to His disciples is that He was telling them to make priority GOD'S royal rule, dominion, authority, reign and act of ruling to be their number one priority in life. This is exactly what Adam and Eve were to do. They were to make priority GOD'S governing rule over them and they were to exercise that rule as being the highest form of creation. God made Adam and Eve in His image and likeness and gave them the 5 fold responsibility of mankind. He said to them after blessing them, He said; Be fruitful, multiply, replenish the earth, subdue it and have dominion.

140

The word "dominion" here is the Hebrew word "Radah" which means Kingdom. So God did not give Adam religion but instead, gave Adam identity, purpose, responsibility and provision. Adam was to keep GOD'S reign over His life, living the life God required, as number one priority. What God purposed then He sent Jesus to accomplish in us now. Without a proper theology that goes back to GOD'S original thought for the creation of man we take detours along the way, alleging that each new wind is [the] doctrine that is going to carry us over into the "blessing" of God, when fact of the matter is that what was supposed to be first priority in Adam's life is to be first priority in our lives today. We could argue that theology that appears correct, is incomplete if the knowledge of GOD'S original intent for the creation of man is incomplete. As you study the Kingdom of God and righteousness you will come to understand that you are not only the seed of Abraham and heirs according to the promise, but you are children of the Most High and you right now possess the Kingdom under the whole heaven.

141

When you study the Kingdom and righteousness as the point of theology ( knowledge of God) regarding His original thought, you will begin to understand that Jesus as the Logos ( thought) of God was sent to restore you back to what Adam lost, that again what was to be Adam and Eve's priority becomes your priority in the earth. Without knowledge of the Kingdom of God, it's urgency, power and priority you will fail to achieve all that God has foreordained for you and there will be many who think they will make it into the eternal kingdom of heaven, and instead they will be thrust out. Matthew 7:21-23 Do not allow your starting point of theology be the knowledge of the Abrahamic covenant or the hope of going to heaven while looking for a spiritual breakthrough in the process. Allow your theology to begin, not with the history of your denomination or even your understanding of salvation for mankind. Let your theology begin and end where Jesus theology does. Jesus started His ministry on the preached, taught and demonstrated knowledge of the Kingdom of God and the Father's righteousness and delegated to the disciples that their lives would reflect the same commitment Jesus demonstrated in being submitted to the reign of God, living God's righteousness.

142

All other theologies and winds of doctrine will cease to be dominant in your life as you enjoy again the dominion God sent Jesus to restore to you through the gift of righteousness. Ambassador Dr. Leonard Robinson 267-357-9816

3 STAGES OF KINDNESS. ARE YOU GROWING IN KINDNESS THAT WILL IMPACT THE WORLD?

BY KAREN ZEIGLER

I am blessed with the privilege of serving with a beautiful group of women in a group called Becoming a Confident Woman in Leadership #BCWL (if you live in SWFL, please accept my personal invitation to come join us next time).

144

The message last week from a dear friend Angie was so inspired that I wanted to share it with you. Of course, with Angie’s permission I write my plagiarized version of it here for you today. I am such a big fan of personal growth. I believe personal growth is paramount to being a effective leader that stands the test of time. Yet I had not given much thought regarding personal growth as it relates to kindness until I heard Angie’s message. In our BCWL group we have been studying one character trait of a godly leader each month. The month of April was on Kindness. While it’s easy to spot an unkind leader, I generally don’t give much thought to being a kind leader. I mean my goal is to always be kind. Just haven’t given much thought to being kind in the context of leadership. I think we all can appreciate the rare occasion when we find ourselves working for (or alongside) a kind leader. Yet I don’t think I’ve ever considered the stages of kindness and what compels us to move to a higher level. The level on which we can positively impact our world. That was the focus of the message and the points I want to bring to you in this post. 3 STAGES OF KINDNESS 1. Action: Kindness in this stage is done out of obedience. God says to be kind and we want to obey. We do what we feel we’re suppose to do. We find ideas like Random Acts of Kindness being created to encourage us to be kind. Yet often like most good habits these actions are hard to take root.

145

And let’s face it, God’s word on kindness didn’t have random in front of it. Love is patient and #randomly kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud. 1 Cor. 13:4 Be kind to one another on #random occasions, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. Eph. 4:32 Yet if we engage in kindness enough, we realize that it feels good. On a certain level it brings fulfillment. And when we hit that tipping point we move to the next stage of kindness. 2. Addiction: At this stage you have moved beyond just being kind out of obedience to being kind because of the way it makes you feel. After all, who doesn’t like to feel good? Only problem with chasing a good feeling is that we have a tendency to become addicted. Like all addictions, things don’t usually turn out well. When we are addicted to kindness it generally shows up in an inability to saying no, an over emphasis on serving/volunteers and ultimately leads to major burnout. As a life coach for women, I find as women we get stuck here. We find that we are so busy “serving God” that we have forgotten to “seek God”. (Click to tweet) Don’t get so busy serving God that you forget to seek God. -@KarenZeigler And sadly, the enemy uses this burnout to drive a wedge between us and the level of kindness that God really wants for us. Which brings me to the third level?

146

3. Affection: This is the ultimate level of kindness and God’s desire for us. This level flows directly from the heart. A heart that has been touched by the kindness of God through spending time in His presence. A heart that is so humbled by the kindness of God in our lives that out of the overflow we are kind to others. Not randomly, not out of the good feeling we will get, but out of love. It’s a heart that understand the affection of God and His willingness to sacrifice for us, so we in turn willingly sacrifice for others in order to show His love to the world. So what level of kindness are you at? If you’re not at stage 3 are you willing to commit spending time with God to understand His affection for you? Are you willing to work with a coach or accountability partner to figure out what and how you can say no to the things that have you addicted and burnout out so that you can move towards a kindness that flows from the heart? Do you have a friend who is stuck in the burnout of addiction? Consider forwarding this post to them. It very well could be the kindest thing someone has done for them this week.

BY HOLLY BEGLEY Some of us carry a deep and stubborn inner pain that refuses to leave us, even after we have poured out our hearts before heaven for deliverance... Perhaps this pain comes from wounds inflicted early in life that have left us feeling betrayed, victimized, and wary of the promise love. God knows our struggle... We can find healing when we learn to "own" the pain and make it part of our story, trusting that God will use it to draw us close to him for our good. After all, the LORD our God is called "the Father of Mercies and God of all comfort" (‫אַב‬ ‫ )כָּל־נֶחָמָה וֵאלהֵי הָרַחֲמִים‬who "comforts us" (lit., "calls us to His side," παρακαλέω) in our afflictions so that we may be able to comfort those who are afflicted with the same comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God (2 Cor. 1:3-4). Take comfort, then, that your Heavenly Father sees when the sparrow falls; he arrays the flower in its hidden valley; he calls each star by name. More importantly, the Lord sees you and understands your struggle. He will never leave you nor forsake you. [from Hebrew for Christians]
