Accredited Tradeshow
Breaking records!
A record number of people attended Accredited Distributors’ Annual trade show in Melbourne, which also saw records broken in sales result and attendance.
Held at Marvel Stadium on July 3, the event was a resounding success, with multiple suppliers saying that it was an extremely successful and busy day, with a total of 6004 orders placed and nearly $8,5 million in sales made.
With over 78 exhibitors showcasing their products, the show featured an array of impressive stands, from the iconic Red Bull car parked in the foyer to the Smiths Twisties ‘Twist of Fortune’ stand where attendees could have their future told. Prizes and samples handed to our loyal customers bought
a fun theme vibe to the event. Not only was it a profitable day for suppliers but also a great day out for the 1992 guests that turned up.
Later that evening, guests attended the Showtime Event Centre for an evening of networking and recognition of the year’s top achievers. Attendees mingled the night away with a selection of nibbles, drinks, and cocktails made from Red Bull.
Craig Bain and Stuart Hobbs, Directors of Accredited Distributors, presented awards and thanked their team and suppliers for their continued hard work.
The Terry Booth Award, named in honour of the founding owner, was presented to Dany Kobbaji, Logistic Manager at Dandenong Warehouse for his outstanding service to the company.

5 million+ struggle with mortgage payments
New nationwide research released by ASIC’s Moneysmart reveals that 47% of Australian adults with debt, the equivalent of 5.8 million people, have struggled to make repayments in the last 12 months.
Alarmingly, the research revealed that more than half surveyed, said they are not aware that they are entitled to ask their bank or lender for financial hardship assistance and just one in five said they had ever sought financial hardship assistance. Around 30% also stated that they would not seek a hardship assistance arrangement from their bank or lender and instead sell assets or get a second job rather than talking to their bank.
