Les prix figurant au catalogue servent de prix de départ. Le plus offrant et dernier enchérisseur sera l’adjudicataire. Il paiera en sus des enchères 20 % plus TVA si applicable; une taxe additionelle de 3 % sera ajoutée pour les acquéreurs utilisant le live bidding. En cas de contestation ou d’erreur d’adjudication, le lot sera recrié. L’huissier de justice ou le notaire instrumentant tranchera souverainement toute difficulté pouvant survenir pendant la vente. Les profits et risques passent à l’acheteur dès l’adjudication. Celui-ci est réputé agir en son nom propre et tenu personnellement responsable du paiement intégral des montants dus. AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS Participation in the auction implies unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions of sale. The purchaser of an item will be its highest and last bidder.
