The Total Package A Colorbond® steel roof, not only aesthetically more appealing but requires no maintenance, has energy efficiency and is 100% recyclable.

Whirlybirds are installed on all our Colorbond® steel roofs to help remove heat and ventilate roof cavities. Architecturally designed facades incorporating timber front windows add an extra layer of character and quality design.

Tiled niche boxes of generous size (400mm x 600mm) complete the bathroom styling and all bathrooms are sealed with the highest level of waterproofing possible.

Agricultural drains (known as ‘aggy’ drains) form a cut off drain that prevents water from creating moisture in the clay and soil under your house slab. This makes for stronger foundations and more stable construction.

Sarking, a strong roof membrane is installed throughout the home providing the benefits of fire protection, energy efficiency, moisture control and much more.
