March was an unforgettable month at Sunspire, highlighted by the exciting visit of rising country star Lauren Watkins. Lauren, a talented singer-songwriter from Tennessee, filmed her latest music video, Lose My Cool, right here at our community pool. Some of us had the privilege of hearing her perform live during the shoot and let me tell you this song is going to be a hit! Lose My Cool is a fun, feel-good beach anthem that I know everyone will love as much as I do.
It was an absolute honor to welcome Lauren and her incredible production team to Sunspire. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Mindy Willert for making this special event possible. Mindy does so much for our

community, and bringing in an artist like Lauren Watkins was a fantastic experience for all of us.
For those who may not know, Lauren Watkins was born in 1999 just outside of Guitar Town, Tennessee. After four years at Ole Miss, she returned home to pursue her music career. Grammy-nominated songwriter Nicole Galen quickly recognized her talent, leading to a publishing and recording deal with Big Loud Records. Lauren has been performing and writing songs for as long as she can remember, and she currently tours with country superstar Morgan Wallen. She now lives in Tennessee with her husband, Will Bundy.
We are beyond grateful to have been a part of Lauren’s journey and cannot wait to see Lose My Cool top the charts!

This is a reminder that spray painting furniture on the property is not permitted. Spray paint has been getting on surrounding surfaces, particularly near the maintenance shed, which is not acceptable. If you intend to spray paint on any outdoor furniture, it must be done within the boundaries of your own property and in a manner that does not affect the surrounding area or leave residue on the ground.
At this time, you will need to pick up your chair and stand, return it to your property, and try to clean up any paint that may have gotten on the ground. As outlined in the property’s rules and regulations, maintaining a neat and clean environment is expected from all residents.
