As a reminder, starting in June, we’ll be kicking off our Yard of the Month program! Take this time to clear any clutter, clean up your yard, and show off your pride in our community. Let's make our neighborhood shine!

Summer is right around the corner, and the temperatures are rising! Please remember to stay hydrated, especially during outdoor activities. Look out for your neighbors and stay cool!
End of Summer Bash – June 7th
Mark your calendars! We’ll be hosting an End of Summer Bash on June 7th, and we’d love to see everyone there. It’s a great way to come together as a community, enjoy some fun in the sun, and celebrate the season.

Thinking about upgrading or know someone looking to join our community? Now’s the time! If you refer someone that purchases a new home, you receive a $2500.00 referral fee. Just make sure you let us know who is being referred before they view the new homes. We also have our trade -in- trade -up program for our valued residents.
