FALL IS IN THE AIR!

October is almost here, and we’re excited to welcome in the cooler weather, fall fun, and community spirit! Whether you're new to the park or a long-time resident, this season is a perfect time to connect, decorate, and celebrate.

PUT ON YOUR BEST COSTUME

Dust off your Halloween costumes and get ready to show off your creativity! Whether you’re dressing up solo, with family, or even your pets—we love seeing your festive spirit around the resort.

PUMPKIN CARVING & HALLOWEEN FUN

Don’t forget to carve up those pumpkins and decorate your lot! If you plan to pass out candy to the kids this Halloween, we encourage everyone to go all out and make it extra fun— decorations, music, and spooky vibes are all welcome. Let’s give the little ones a Halloween to remember!

MOVIE NIGHTS ARE BACK!

We’re bringing back our Outdoor Movie Nights! With the weather cooling off, it’s the perfect time to gather under the stars for a film, snacks, and great company. Watch for dates and movie titles to be announced soon!

FOOD TRUCKS & OUTDOOR FUN

Get ready for more food trucks coming to the resort this season! Bring your appetite, grab a friend, and enjoy a meal outside while the temps are just right. Details coming soon!

COMMUNITY REMINDERS

To keep Mesa Sunset safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, please take note of the following important reminders:

• Dogs must remain on a leash at all times when outside. This is for the safety of your pet and others.

• All guests must be accompanied by the leaseholder at all times while on property.

• Please obey the posted speed limit and drive slowly through the resort. We have more families and children out and about—safety comes first!

• Keep streets clear by parking in designated areas only. This ensures emergency access and helps keep traffic flowing.

• Maintain your lot by removing weeds and debris. A clean space helps keep the community looking its best!

THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF MESA SUNSET

We love seeing our community come to life this time of year. From pumpkin patches to porch lights and movie nights to candy bags, YOU make Mesa Sunset feel like home. Let’s make this fall our best yet!
