With the sunshine and blooming flowers comes an opportunity to enjoy everything our community has to offer. Whether it’s a gathering with friends for outdoor activities or simply taking in the beauty of the season from your patio, we encourage you to embrace the joys of spring!
We have some exciting events and activities planned in the coming months, so be sure to check the community calendar and join in the fun. If there’s anything we can do to enhance your experience here, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we love hearing your ideas and feedback!
Wishing you a season filled with happiness, good health, and wonderful moments.
Warm regards,

Dear Neighbors,
Our Annual Paint and Repair Program is just around the corner, and it’s time to start getting our homes ready! This is a great opportunity to touch up paint, pressure wash, and clean up our yards, helping make our community look its best.
Here’s how you can get started:
• Touch Up Paint: Check for any faded or chipped paint and freshen up your home’s exterior.
• Pressure Washing: Clean up dirt and mildew from your home’s surfaces, driveway, and sidewalks.
• Yard Clean-Up: Trim overgrown plants, remove debris, and keep your lawn tidy to enhance curb appeal.
• Minor Repairs: Take care of small fixes around your home to maintain its appearance.
The program is about more than just individual upkeep—it’s about community pride. Let’s work together to make our neighborhood shine! Stay tuned for more details on the official start, and feel free to reach out if you need assistance.
Thank you for your participation!

As the weather warms up, many homeowners are taking the opportunity to refresh the exteriors of their homes, with pressure washing being a popular task. While we appreciate the effort to keep our community looking great, we’d like to kindly remind all residents to ensure that when pressure washing, debris is not blown onto the sidewalk or into the street. Debris such as dirt, paint, and other materials can create a mess, pose safety hazards, and make it harder for our street cleaning efforts. Please direct debris onto your property or collect it appropriately before disposal.
Additionally, we ask that after completing any construction or home improvement projects, all materials, including debris and waste, be cleaned up promptly. Not only does this keep our community beautiful, but it also ensures the safety and comfort of your neighbors.
We want to remind everyone of an important update regarding payment processing. From this point forward, we will only be able to accept checks that are for the exact amount owed. This means that any checks with amounts over or under the required payment will unfortunately not be accepted. We kindly ask that you double-check the payment amount to avoid any issues or delays.
Lastly, a small reminder: guest parking spaces are reserved for guests and visitors only. Please be considerate and refrain from using these spots for your own extra vehicles. This helps ensure that our visitors always have a convenient place to park when they come to see you.
Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community clean, safe, and neighbor-friendly!
