Fudgy Brownies
Ingredients
½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
⅓ cup (65g) brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup (60g) all-purpose flour
⅓ cup (35g) unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup (90g) chocolate chips
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line an 8x8-inch (20x20cm) baking pan with parchment paper
2.Whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, & brown sugar. Add eggs & vanilla extract, mixing until smooth
3.Sift in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Fold gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
4.Stir in chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the prepared pan. Smooth the top.
5 Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
6 Let cool completely before slicing into squares Enjoy!
