RESOURCE GUIDE

I want to personally THANK everyone who had come into the office to sign their new lease. Our guest, Rob McCracken from Cobblestone, did a chat with us about what we can expect coming. There will be many changes in the very near future which will involve construction so PLEASE be aware of construction areas and be respectful to the workers.

As many of you know, I am extremely busy and I have issues with people coming directly to my office. I can’t always talk to you, so if you would please make an appointment with George or Nina, I would be greatly appreciative. Hopefully after Robert has my head above water, office issues will be at a calmer state. Remember George and Nina are at the front desk to help you. They will assist you in getting the answer for you.

Weeds are really growing everywhere with the orange wildflowers which look good now, but they won’t soon. So please clean up your lots of the weeds as soon as they drop flowers. We need to take PRIDE in where we live. Also I am still noticing that many lots have household furniture, appliances, boxes, etc. These areas are to have ONLY outdoor furniture, a BBQ and plants. So please clean up your lots before infractions are handed out if you don’t clean up.

AGAIN, the speeding and not stopping is getting way out of control. I have had numerous complaints on residents, guests and delivery trucks speeding. I will also be handing out infractions if you are caught. Now remember on the infractions you will get the first, then the second and then eviction process. We have to be aware of our neighbors walking their dogs, taking a daily stroll by walking, bicycling, on scooters and golf carts. So PLEASE remember to SLOW DOWN and STOP at ALL STOP SIGNS!

With that said, March was a very successful and exciting, fun month. Breakfast on Saturday, we had 52 morning glories who came down and enjoyed a great breakfast. You were missed. D.J. was the winner of a free breakfast this month. There was no potluck dinner since the Association did a FREE St Patty’s Day Potluck with the traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner, which was a smash hit on St Patty’s Day. We had 3 great speakers explaining to us about different interesting subjects and had a decent attendance.

Movies in the park were very fun, showing “The Intern” and “Mrs Doubtfire”. As of the printing of this newsletter April movies have not been decided on. TBD. Bingo, we had nearly 40 people enjoying winning some cash weekly on Thursdays.

Our traditional Birthday Dinner was at Anzios Italian Restaurant, mmm mmm good. (Pictures to be in May’s newsletter). The annual Paramedics Raffle was held on March 24th at 1pm. (Details to be in May newsletter). Don’t forget every Friday at 10am, there are FREE coffee and donuts at the clubhouse.

I want to take this opportunity to THANK ALL who volunteer their time to assist us at all of our activities. Teamwork makes our activities WORK! We are always in need of additional community volunteers to help out instead of the 7-9 usual people doing everything at every event.

There will the 50/50 raffle at all park activities. Come win some cash!

Pnp Meetings

All meetings are the first Monday of the month at 6pm. Next meeting will be held April 3rd at 6pm. All residents are welcome to any of the meetings to share ideas or concerns.

“If you see something, say something” call Crime Stop at 602-262-6151. If any violence, theft or any other serious activity call 911. DO NOT call 911 for minor infractions.
