About Me Hi, I’m Thant Zin I’m a Civil Engineer with over six years of experience in Building Information Modeling, Design & Detailing, and Civil Engineering.

Recently, I worked as a BIM Modeler at Einzali Phyo Construction Co Ltd. As for my other work history, I worked as a Design Engineer at NS BlueScope Lysaght Myanmar and Site Engineer at Htoo Construction. I’m passionate about digital construction and eager to learn new software and technologies. And I’m also a holder of Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and Autodesk Certified Completion Certificates in Revit.

I’m proficient in working under pressure with least error in limited time and can work well individually and in groups. Now, I’m ready to contribute to your organization with my strong technical and interpersonal skills.

10-STOREY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

This project training enhances knowledge of specialized structures using Revit. And this work included modeling, creating custom families and parameters, quantity take-off, documentation, drawing presentaTypical Floor Plan tion, and drawing management.

This specialized structural project consists of 10 storey levels with 6 different room types.

The building structure is based on reinforced concrete and precast concrete system. At project implementation, locate the project and understand the coordinate system. And also studied the project setting up workflow and how to acquire coordinates from the architectural model.

Piling Layout Plan In project modeling stage, got experience with using pararmeters and custom familities to operate the BIM model effectively. Also modeled the rebar and prepared bar bending schedule and quantity take-off. At documentation stage, studied various types of drawings according to each discipline and different parties (Consultant, Main contractor, Sub contractor, etc). In this project, prepared all required drawings with complete information that can be delivered to construction stage.

Precast Wall Panel The precast structure is a part of this project and have hands-on experience in precast panel fabrication drawings and shop drawings. This work also included knowledge in precast panel panelization, precast connection details, and workflow. And for precast documentation, studied various types of precast drawings (Panel Type DWG, Plan Type DWG, and Detail Type DWG).
