Thanksgiving Point is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit garden, museum, and discovery campus located in Lehi, Utah. Donated in 1995 by Alan and Karen Ashton, Thanksgiving Point is a gathering place and gift to the community.

At our discovery centers, kids ask questions, seek answers, and explore the world around them. Whether they’re examining dinosaur bones, creating animated movies, or standing nose-to-nose with animals, Thanksgiving Point helps kids become more confident in themselves and STEAM, improve emotional resilience, and discover the joy of learning.
Our mission is to bring the joy of learning and wonders of the natural world to life. As a nonprofit, our focus is to do that for the underprivileged kids in Utah. We believe that Every Kid Counts and should have access to hands-on science learning. We do this by allowing any child whose parents are on WIC and SNAP assistance to attend for free. We use our centers for field trips, after-school programs, and outreach programs to areas with kids in need.

EVERY KID COUNTS
Every child deserves the chance to experience the joy of learning, no matter their economic situation.
It’s probably no surprise that children in the highest poverty-stricken schools have significantly less access to science labs and equipment, experience less hands-on learning, have teachers with little or no access to hands-on teaching materials, and experience less STEM literacy. Our focus is to bring hands-on science learning to the lives of economically disadvantaged kids in Utah.
Kids with families on SNAP or WIC benefits visit discovery centers for free. Curiosity is essential to all kids – and with your support – science learning can be more accessible than ever.
What we do with donations?
• We believe that every kid counts. With STEM education at the heart of what we do, we provide unique learning opportunities for kids of all ages, both on and off the property.
• Outreach programs bring hands-on learning to every third and eighth grade class in the state.
• Field trips go beyond the classroom and focus on inquiry-based science exploration.
• Summer day camps provide interactive, STEM-based learning during the summer months.
• Early childhood education teaches kids 12 months to 5 years old skills that help develop motor, social, and language skills.
• Girls In STEM helps girls recognize their potential in STEM studies.
• Youth and teen programs give adolescents the chance to learn, grow, and prepare for their futures.
• Educator resources supply teachers with hands-on STEM activities.
• After-School STEM programs introduce 3rd - 12th grade students to a wide variety of STEM related fields while increasing the visibility of strong role models from diverse pool of professionals.
• Community Center Partnerships: STEM centers across the state for kids to access free high-quality, hands-on learning.

Priority Access
Curiosity Club members receive priority access to Thanksgiving Point’s Signature Events, holiday party rentals, and private ticketing:
• Signature Events: Upon notice, Curiosity Club members will receive the opportunity to purchase Signature Event tickets prior to Thanksgiving Point Members and the public.
• Private ticketing services: Curiosity Club members have the right to private ticketing services.
ACCESS PACKAGES
Curiosity Club single-year and multi-year donation benefits, including access and acknowledgment packages, activate when donations are paid in full, then remain active for the following twelve months.
Excursion occurs every odd number year starting in 2025.

Biannual Excursion: Experience some of the world’s most engaging and immersive destinations in this multi-day excursion with fellow Curiosity Club Members and Thanksgiving Point Team Members.
Club Dinners: Enjoy a delicious meal at one of our discovery centers with other Curiosity Club Members and Thanksgiving Point Team Members. Club Dinners happen every quarter.
Curiosity Club Membership Card: This is the most exclusive membership offered at Thanksgiving Point. These memberships are only available to Club Members and are a great way to share your love of Thanksgiving Point with business associates, friends, and family.
Benefits include:
• Complimentary admission for up to eight people to five Thanksgiving Point discovery centers with the presentation of the membership card.
• Discount on discovery centers admission for additional guests
• Complimentary or discounted admission to Signature Events like Tulip Festival, Luminaria, Garden of Quilts, and more

Explorer Pass: Explorer Passes grant admission to all five discovery centers* for one day.
Room Rental: Host clients, guests, neighbors, friends, or employees at one of our amazing rental spaces. Up to $1,500 credit per room reservation. Advance reservations are required. Catering and audio/visual not included.
Signature Events Tickets: Use these exclusive Curiosity Club tickets to attend exciting events at Thanksgiving Point such as Luminaria, the Tulip Festival on weekends or Garden of Quilts without a reservation.
“Venue for an Evening” Reservation: Host clients, guests, or employees for an evening at one of our discovery centers. Thanksgiving Point will close the discovery centers* early so you and your guests can experience the magic at your leisure. Reservations are from 6 – 9 pm. Advanced reservations are required.
