I would like to welcome each of you to OUTCRY 2024, the annual International Youth & Young Adult Conference of Mount Calvary Holy Church of America, Inc. It is an honor to host this year’s gathering again in the great state of North Carolina. The OUTCRY Executive Team and I are excited that you have chosen to spend a few days with us here in the “Bull City” Durham, NC.
The theme for OUTCRY this year is NO FILTER. Our prayer for this year’s conference is to encourage everyone, young and old, to remove the filters that we may put up in our lives and be the true, authentic version of ourselves that God has created us to be.
It is our hope that this year’s conference allows you to reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and most importantly allow you to have an encounter with God like you have never experienced before. The Lord cares about what you are dealing with as a youth or young adult, and He is ready and willing to move in your life.
Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for you. Our awesome team of leaders and volunteers are standing by ready to provide assistance or answer any questions you may have throughout the week. We want you to get involved in activities, be engaged in the worship experiences and breakout sessions, and interact with each other throughout the week. Co-Pastor LaShanda Talbert, also known as CoPastor Shanda, is a native of Washington, D.C. and a dedicated woman of faith, family, and ministry. She serves alongside her husband, Bishop Marc D. Talbert, at The Life Church in District Heights, Maryland. Additionally, she has the privilege of serving as the International First Lady of the Mount Calvary Holy Church of America Inc., which is represented across 17 states and 12 countries.
Co-Pastor Shanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and biblical studies from Lancaster Bible College. She is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University.
Co-Pastor Shanda is passionate about ministering to young women who are broken, hurting, and struggling with self-esteem issues. She strives to help them find comfort, healing,

and deliverance by recognizing their selfworth, value, and purpose in life. Known for her counseling and mentorship, she is a sought-after advisor to many young women.
In addition to her ministry work, Co-Pastor Shanda is active in the marketplace as the owner of FIT4LYFE Studio, LLC, in Fort Washington, Maryland. She motivates her clients to “Live Your Fitness Every Day,” believing in the importance of pursuing a healthy lifestyle—spiritually, mentally, and physically.

She and Bishop Talbert have four children: Marc Jr. (deceased), Ragan, Mikalah, Joshua and one bonus daughter, Ariel. Co-Pastor Shanda lives by the scripture in Proverbs 3:5-6: “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
Pastor Timiney Figueroa, a native of Brooklyn, NY, is a fifth generation preacher born to Archbishop Eric R. Figueroa Sr. and Dr. Doreen Figueroa, founders of New Life Tabernacle located in Brooklyn, NY. At an early age the Lord anointed Timiney to sing and has allowed her to minister with some of gospel music’s most notable artists. In 2009, Timiney received her calling to preach the gospel and was ordained as an Evangelist and in 2018 an Elder. Her public ministry has been committed to changing the lives of others not only through song but through the preached Word of God.
Experiencing the perplexity of life’s challenges, conflicts and changes as a woman, in 2012, Timiney founded and is the Executive Director of the GROW Movement.
G.R.O.W. (Godly Remnant of Overcoming Women) is a movement designed to inspire natural and spiritual development in the lives of all women. It is the mission of GROW to challenge women to remain faithful in service and love to God, their families, themselves, each other and the world community. This is a thriving movement, Growing women one choice at a time.
In July 2022, Timiney took another step in ministry along with her brother and were installed as Co-Pastors of New Life Tabernacle.
Pastor Timiney will continue to serve in the ministry alongside her father.
In May 2024, Timiney took another step in both ministry and in academics receiving her doctorate degree in ministry from Virginia Union University.
Pastor Timiney is the proud mother of three marvelous children Quincy, Miles and Ella.



Hailing from Miami, FL by way of Albany, GA, Janae Jones is no stranger to singing. As a youngster, she quickly honed her musical gifts and dedicated them to the Lord. More than a decade later, she is still going strong, having rubbed shoulders with some of the greatest minds in gospel music. Now in Atlanta, she serves at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church and Spirit & Truth Church. Her goal is to inspire young people to get to know God through her music.

Bishop Ronald L. Godbee is an accomplished pastor, businessman and author, commanding a global presence as he seeks to change lives and build leaders. He has worked in ministry for over thirty years, first as an evangelist, and then as a pastor. He was consecrated into the office of Bishop under the direction of Bishop Joby Brady and currently serves as the lead pastor of the River Church in Durham, North Carolina, where he has overseen the growth and redevelopment of that ministry.
Bishop Godbee is the founder of the Emerge Center, which equips individuals with education, training and resources, His work with the River Church and Emerge Center has produced fruitful partnerships that are impacting the lives of those they serve. As a stakeholder in the Durham community, also known as the ‘City of Medicine,’ Bishop Godbee has partnered with Duke University to pioneer medical studies that have saved lives.
Bishop Godbee is the author of the best-selling book ‘Why Leaders Fail’. His ability to lead, teach and mentor has produced leaders around the world, which has led to the establishment of Godbee Global, a personal ministry designed to have a reach beyond the scope of the River Church. He has made countless radio and television appearances and sits on numerous boards, including Duke Community Leaders, Gospel Heritage and FBON.
A native of Detroit, Michigan, Bishop Ronald Godbee and his wife, Pastor Karla Godbee, have been married for almost thirty years and are parents to three adult children.


Bishop Rudolph W. McKissick, Jr., is Senior Pastor of the Bethel Church, located in Jacksonville, Florida. Bethel is the oldest existing Baptist church in the state of Florida, being founded in 1838. Under Bishop McKissick’s leadership, the church has experienced exponential growth to over 10,000 active disciples. Bishop McKissick has established himself not only as a prolific proclaimer but also as an academician, teaching as an adjunct professor at the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Religion at Virginia Union University. Bishop McKissick is also the author of several books as well as an accomplished musician with several national, critically acclaimed music projects.
Bishop McKissick has been afforded many national platforms for proclamation, among them being the morning preacher at the prestigious Hampton University Ministers and Musicians Conference as well as the featured conference preacher in the evening; the conference preacher at the John Malcus Ellison Convocation at Virginia Union University (Now the John Ellison/Miles Jones Convocation) and being inducted into the Morehouse School of Religion Board of Preachers.
Bishop McKissick also serves on various boards, which include being a board member of the National Action Network, founded by Rev. Al Sharpton, the Board of Trustees of Florida State College at Jacksonville and the Advisory Board to the President at Virginia Union University.
Bishop McKissick holds a bachelor’s degree from Jacksonville University with a double major in the field of music: one in Opera and the other in Sacred Church Music, with a minor in pipe organ performance. He holds the Master of Divinity Degree from The School of Theology at Virginia Union University, now the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Religion at Virginia Union University, and the Doctor of Ministry Degree from the United Theological Seminary. Bishop McKissick has been awarded the honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from both Bethune Cookman University as well as Virginia Union University. He is also a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., as well as Sigma Pi Phi Boule (pronounced BOO-LAY).
He is married to the former Kimberly Joy Nichols and they are the proud parents of three beautiful children; Jocelyn, Janai (pronounced JANAY) and Joshua.


An inspiration to all, Superintendent Nathaniel L.Green is a servant leader and generational bridge builder dedicated to equipping people of all walks of life to become agents of change for the Kingdom of God. His passion for worship and the Word of God has created a ministry of transformation that continues to teach around the world. Pastor Green serves as the Senior Pastor of one of the fastest growing churches in Dallas, TX, Grace Cathedral Church of God in Christ. He also serves as the Superintendent of the GraceFellowship District of the Texas Northeast Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, led by Bishop Nelson J. Gatlin. Pastor Green was also elevated to the seat of President of the International Youth Department in the Church of God in Christ, serving under the leadership of Presiding Bishop J. Drew Sheard. He is blissfully married to Lady Kennisha L. Green, who serves faithfully with him in life and in ministry. They are the proud parents of two beautiful children, Nathaniel Jr. and Karis. He is also currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity at Asbury Theological Seminary. He is an international advocate for transformation and discipleship, determined to bring men, women, and children of all backgrounds to Jesus Christ




As a 21st-century leader and visionary, Bishop Marc D. Talbert embodies the essence of influential and charismatic teaching, preaching, and education, igniting a profound passion for transforming lives through the power of God’s Word. Despite facing challenges throughout his journey, these experiences have served as stepping stones, fortifying his spirit and fueling an unwavering quest to delve into the heart of God through fervent prayer and intentional worship.
A distinguished alumnus of Frostburg State University, Bishop Talbert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance, laying the foundation for his keen understanding of the intricacies of the corporate world. His desire for theological scholarship led him to National Bible College and Seminary, where he attained a Master of Theological Studies degree. Furthering his pursuit of wisdom and expertise, he earned a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Leadership from the esteemed Lancaster Bible College.
With a rich heritage of service in the Church, Bishop Talbert currently stands as the Senior Pastor of The Life Church, a progressive congregation in the Washington, DC area. He is spiritually connected with Mount Calvary Holy Church of America.
In July of 2023, Bishop Marc D. Talbert was appointed and consecrated Presiding Prelate of Mount Calvary Holy Church Incorporated, where he also serves as the Jurisdictional Bishop of the Mid-Atlantic District, encompassing Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Bishop has also served MCHCA as Bishop of Education, where he shouldered the responsibility of fostering growth and learning opportunities for a diverse audience of leaders and laypersons. Additionally, Bishop Talbert extends his expertise as an esteemed adjunct professor, subject matter expert, and doctoral advisor at Lancaster Bible College, imparting his wisdom in organizational leadership and religious disciplines.
Bishop Talbert rejoices in the blessed companionship of his lovely wife, First Lady LaShanda Talbert, and their four beautiful children: Marc Jr., now resting in eternal glory, Ragan, Mikalah, and Joshua.
An unwavering belief anchors Bishop Talbert’s spirit and reaffirms a steadfast confidence in the transformative power of God: It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: Great is the faithfulness of our Lord!

Antwaun T. Cooks is a native of Palatka, Florida, who was born on Monday, January 14, 1991 to the union of Alonzo & Joretta Cooks. Antwaun has continuously and wholeheartedly dedicated his life to God, ministry, and community. He is the very essence and epitome of servanthood. This virtue and desire, coupled with his innate musical gift has afforded this servant various opportunities to serve nationally.
Having served as the Minister of Music at Experience Christian Center, Orlando, Florida, Antwaun has aided in the development of musical leadership skills. He also served as the Assistant Minister of Music for the Young Leaders Conference, a gathering of thousands of leaders from around the world catered to empowering them to be innovative and creative in ministry, media, and marketplace.
Presently, Antwuan is the Minister of Music for the Spirit and Truth, which began as a revival service movement within the Young Leaders Conference but is now an established church in Atlanta, GA under the leadership of Pastor Mark Moore, Jr.
In January 2019, Antwaun founded Antwaun Cooks Music, LLC, where he offers a plethora of musical services, including: vocal production, vocal arranging, vocal training, background vocals for projects, music production, music mentoring and workshops. In March 2020, the company was expanded to include production of music. Antwaun has been tremendously blessed to release four music projects during 2019-2020. Antwaun hosted a live recording, Psalms & Glory in January 2022, of which his latest single “Awesome” has reached heights on the music charts. Antwaun Cooks is a consistent example of one who has completely surrendered, submitted, and subjected themselves to the will and leading of the Holy Spirit.
Antwaun’s favorite scripture that serves as a testament of his faith and a daily source of encouragement is Psalm 119:50 - “This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me.” Antwaun is forever grateful for every life experience, because every experience has given a greater level of substance to his testimony.

A native of Richmond, Virginia, Pastor Nathan M. Munford IV, is the Senior Pastor of Mount Calvary Holy Church in Winston-Salem, NC. He graduated Cum Laude from Winston-Salem State University, where he received a Bachelors of Science in Economics and Finance and earned his MBA from American Intercontinental University. While he is a Finance Manager in corporate America his greatest passion is spreading God’s word to His people.
Pastor Munford accepted Christ at the early age of 4. As a teenager, Pastor Munford began to realize the call placed on his life to minister the gospel. In his teenage years, he began to minister the Word in the Youth Church at New Deliverance Evangelistic Church under the leadership of Bishop Gerald O. Glenn. These early years laid the foundation for the life and the ministry of a humble servant. In his college days at WSSU, Pastor Munford served as President and teacher of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and was the inspirational leader of the WSSU Football Team.
Upon graduating from WinstonSalem State University in May of 2010, Pastor Munford permanently relocated to Winston Salem, NC and joined

Mt. Calvary Holy Church of Winston-Salem.
Under the leadership of Bishop Tejado Hanchell, Pastor Munford became a licensed minister in June of 2011 and was ordained in June 2014. Pastor Munford has served in various capacities at MCHCWS, including Youth Director, Youth Pastor, Discipleship Director, Chief Adjutant and Assistant Pastor. In May 2022, Pastor Munford was appointed to his current role of Senior Pastor at Mt. Calvary Holy Church of Winston-

Pastor Munford’s pride and joy is his family. He has been happily married to his wife and best friend, the lovely Adero Munford, since April 12, 2014 and together they have one son, Nathan V, and two daughters, Nia and Nadia.
Pastor Nathan Munford strives to allow the light of Jesus Christ to shine through him and takes pride in being a saved black male in the millennial generation. He stands on the words of the old hymn, “On Christ, the Solid Rock I stand; all other ground is sinking sand.” He strives daily to remain humble so that the Glory of God can be on display in his

Lady Amberly Cooper is a woman on fire for God with a genuine love for God’s people desiring to see them healed, delivered, and walking in freedom. Born to Pastors Anthony and Kimbla Eaton, Lady Amberly has long had a passion for serving others and equipping the body of Christ to live for Him. Lady Amberly became a licensed Evangelist in October 2006. As a worship leader in her home church, Lady Amberly discovered a true call to lead others into the presence of the Lord where she believes that literally anything can happen and everything can change.
Lady Amberly married her beloved husband, Pastor William Cooper, III on February 13, 2016. Pastor Cooper is the Lead Pastor of Fellowship Church of Winston Salem, North Carolina where Lady Amberly leads beside him in executive and administrative functions as well as the leader of the women’s ministry. Lady is also a licensed REALTOR, serial entrepreneur, and community leader. Lady Amberly’s determination is simply to remain yielded to the Spirit of God and to partner with Him however He sees fit in the work He is doing. “For me, life is all about loving God and others and living in service of God and others.”
