About the Project:

The project was a porch addition to the front side of a house in historic Old Town Alexandria, VA. With guidance from a supervising architect, I was in charge of all stages of the project, from the site survey, model making in Revit, interacting with the client, to submitting for permit and construction documents to the city.

The Waypoint New Contruction - Alexandria, VA 22302

About the Project:

The Waypoint is a podium building in Alexandria VA with four stories of residential space above an underground parking. It includes 81 units along with an office and community space. I’ve worked on this project from the schematic design stage to construction documents. I was the main person in charge of updating the Revit model, making the unit models according to the designer’s drawings, putting together the sheets, doing wall opening calculations, and filling out code sheets.

Watkins Alley New Construction and Partial Remodel - Washington DC, 20003

About the Project:

Watkins Alley is interesting due to both its shape and combination of unit types. The shape leads to dierent conditions all throughout the site, such as level and material changes. The project is a combination of nine townhouses, six one-story and eight loft units which are stacked together, and a partial remodel of another twenty townhouses above a garage which kept original walls. All this together has led to a lot of problem solving and the conception of new details. I was part of the initial stages of the project and attended client meetings, then came back to the project later on during construction documents to help with detailing.

One Central Park New Contruction - Ashburn, VA 20147

About the Project:

One Central Park is a podium building with four stories of residential above a ground oor garage, providing 37 units. I started the revit model and kept working on it untill the end, working on all stages of the project, working from the material board and elevations presented to the county, to openness calculations, code sheets, schedules, units, all the way to construction documents and detailing.
