Introduction: Growing up I had always been a fan of pop culture including games, comics, manga and anime. This inspired me to start cosplaying characters from my favourites, and with help from my mother who always had a passion for sewing I have been developing my skills in designing, prop making and tailoring. For every cosplay I create I aim to focus on details to create a replica of the character as accurately as possible. I also always had a great interest in make up which was an asset in further providing an accurate cosplay. I have also been presented with an opportunity this year (2018) to broaden my horizons when I was awarded the grand arcadia prize (2017) which involves me going abroad to judge a cosplay competition in sicily.

Although I am already a B.A graduate in psychology and theatre studies, I now feel that I need to continue honing my skills and following my passion but with the necessary expertise by following courses in fashion design both local and abroad.
