Top agent added to his list of accolades in 2020 — again

Among the most accomplished sales professionals at Terrie O’Connor Realtors, Jeff Vander Molen had another banner year in 2020, earning recognition as the Top Agent at the company, the top producing agent at its Wyckoff office for the 10th consecutive year and a NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Award winner at the highest Platinum level.

Vander Molen attributes his success to his disciplinedapproach that includes an expert marketing plan with anextensive advertising campaign. “I offer my clients a tangibleplan for getting top dollar,” he says. He has resided within a few

miles of Wyckoff his entire life, but does business throughout Bergen and Passaic counties, working primarily with sellers.

He offers a personal level of service to clients and relies on his reputation and proven track record of success. He also credits Terrie O’Connor Realtors, saying of the company, “We’ve become a solid brand that clients see and recognize.”

Outside of work, you can often find him near Blue Mountain Lake at Steamboat Landing, where he enjoys the beauty of the Adirondacks with his wife Sarah and their son Ethan. The family has owned a second home in the area for several years where they have made cherished memories with family and friends, and recently purchased a hotel at Steamboat Landing to help others do the same. “So far we’ve tripled business up there,” says Vander Molen. “It’s been a nice family project for us.”

Vander Molen is also well known in local neighborhoods for his community service, having been a longtime member of the Prospect Park Volunteer Fire Dept. and the Glen Rock Athletic Club.
