Furthermore, these changing times, are accelerated by the evolution of IoT and AI. We manufacture a wide range of electric products with a special emphasis on IoT. We have nearly 10 years of experience as a manufacturer. We have continued to meet the evolving needs of the times, society, and ecosystem as well as continuously improving our technological capabilities, to provide optimum supply systems both domestically and internationally to meet every need for infrastructure solutions.

TEP Divisions TEP Industries is the main manufacturing arm of the group delivering an unparalleled level of service and is focused on manufacturing of electrical cable management solutions, switchgear and IoT.

From PowerOn TEP expanded and has established TEP Buildmart, both entities became the network of electrical solutions offering TEP products and other international brands and solutions. It has become Bahrain’s premier distributor of electrical items, cable management solutions, lights & light fittings, and LV cables.

Technology is at the core of everything TEP does. Another division of the company is its own R&D and developing IoT products and providing tech based solutions that makes people’s lives easier. Electronic switches and electrical items that can be controlled through a mobile application. TEP Technology also represents and partners with global brands that encompass TEP’s vision.

PVC CABLE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS We understand the importance of keeping cables managed and organised for better safety and maintenance so that when an issue arises, technicians do not have to struggle to figure out which cable goes where or does what. TEP is dedicated to bringing the best PVC cable management systems to the market and making them. They also distributes a wide range of products from well-known brands all over the world.

GI & HOT DIP CABLE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS In contrast to other cable trays, hot-dip galvanised cable trays will have a longer lifespan because zinc protects the base material and adds mileage.

SWITCHGEAR SOLUTIONS TEP designs and manufactures LV switchboards according to industry-specific client specifications. Because no two projects are the same for us, we’ve developed bespoke products that enable us to create and construct fully customised low voltage switchboards and LV switchgears that meet all required industry standards for all types of projects.

Rakesh Amol

Fethi Mechri is the founder and CEO of Bahrain European Investment Company S.P.C. in Bahrain and TEAM Academy SARL in Tunis and Chairman of SRA Supply COnsultancy WLL. Following his education in Germany, he worked for Weatherford for nearly 15 years before establishing his own building construction company, Atrium Immobilien GmbH Holzminden.

Rakesh has BSC Engineering in Mechanical from BITs Mesra and MBA Finance from Delhi University .

Since 2002, he has been involved in the development of large projects in the Middle East, North Africa, and Russia in the areas of water, solid waste, energy, infrastructure, and the environment through Bahrain European Investment Company S.P.C.

He has served in various leadership positions as Managing Director ; Group CEO and Prsident for the last ten years in leading organisations like RPG enterprises, Alstom, Punj Lloyd , Ralson Tires , MECON and Eicher .

Have 35 years of global experience in working with Large Business conglomerates, Multi National Corporations, Publiclylisted and Private Equity portfolio companies in various sectors of Infrastructure and Industrial segments.

Dr. Madhu P. Pillai Dr. Madhu P Pillai is a Project Management expert with nearly four decades of broad-based Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, and Power industry experience in Operations and Project Management in India, Nigeria, the United States, Bahrain, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. He has worked as a Projects Director and Advisor for leading multinational corporations. Dr. Pillai is a member of the International Cost Engineering Council (ICEC) and the Water, Air, and Food Awards (WAFA) (Denmark). He is an Honorary Global Ambassador for the World Project Management Forum (WPMF) and an Advisor to the Center of Public Policy Research (India).

Vijilesh C.M. Vijilesh is an infrastructure specialist with 15 years of experience in the financial sector, specialising in software solutions and technology from basic cabling to operating systems, including Citrix, network appliances, and VDI administration.

He also holds the MCSE, ITIL v4, and AWS certifications. He is knowledgeable about VMware, Citrix, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Cloud, and security (AIP, DLP, Defender).

Vijilesh, a Google trusted photographer in Bahrain, is passionate about photography and has extensive experience creating 3D virtual tours with 360 cameras as well as DSLR cameras.

IT Infrastructure and standardization, business transformation Solutions, and analytical problem-solving abilities are Vijilesh’s core competencies.

The TEP’s educational programme is an initiative undertaken by the company in response to the alarming educational issues and other challenges faced by India’s underprivileged children. It is part of our ongoing efforts to empower India’s youth through education, skill development, mentorship, and counselling. For the company, addressing societal issues and improving the lives of individuals is essential to building a stronger nation and brighter future.

One of TEP’s initiatives is planting trees that will help to improve air quality, provide homes for local wildlife and help reduce the impact of flooding, which can be a problem in India and other parts of the world during the monsoon season.
