Construction on this facility includes two flight simulator bays and supporting imaging, training, briefing, planning, administrative, break area, and security spaces. This design-bid-build project of a new 18,191-square-foot (SF) building consists of a structural steel frame with exterior precast wall panels, built-up roofing with a clay tile mansard roof, and an elevated site with an access drive and parking lot. Interior finishes were completed with overhead cranes and include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), fire sprinkler work, all new utilities, and communication duct banks.

Our team renovated 18,235 SF inside a hangar, which included the renovation of a restroom, HVAC replacement, new ceilings, interior finishes, doors/hardware, painting, overhead door installation, and high-volume fan installations. We also completed renovations in a 17,120 square foot administration facility that houses office and training spaces, as well as an auditorium with seating for 84.

Our team is constructing a new dining facility (DFAC) for 1,500 personnel at JBSA Camp Bullis, and completing the relocation of an existing warehouse that was in the footprint of the new DFAC. Construction is in 3 separate phases; phase 1 was the construction of the new warehouse, phase 2 was the demolition Building 5101 and the construction of the new DFAC, phase 3 is the demolition of 3 separate buildings and the addition of a new parking lot.

Our team is working on this design-build project for the construction of a new 50,000 SF Operations Support Squadron/Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape (OSS/SERE) facility. It includes multiple open-bay personnel storage spaces with high-density storage and traditional shelf storage, an equipment wash bay, offices, individual training rooms, a large classroom for up to 55 people, restrooms, showers, and a break room. The facility construction consists of structural steel and precast concrete panels with multiple overhead doors. The scope also includes site preparations, landscaping, utility infrastructure, road realignment, drive areas and parking.
