Words From Our Team Nelson Okesola is the Chief Executive Officer of Temperace Aluminium & Roofing and brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience to the business. He has held many senior positions in the UK and Nigeria covering various businesses including IT, Agriculture, Environmental, Health and Manufacturing.

Rachael Okesola is the General Manager of TA&R and has since transformed the day-today business operations of the business. With a degree in Business Management & Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK, her philosophy is ‘doing the right thing even when nobody is looking’. Rachael has worked for many international firms and brings a wealth of business management knowledge and expertise to the company.
