ABOUT ME Peronal Information My name is Adeyemi Peter Temidayo.

I was born in 16th of August, I'm an indigene of Kwara State.

I reside in 15,Moleye Street Alagomeji, Sabo-Yaba,Lagos State.

Academical Background I studied at Nigerian Navy Primary School from the year 2007 to 2013, graduated graduated to Aje Comprehensive Junior High School from the year 2013-2016. I attended Lagos City Senior College then finished at Seylek Senior Secondary School from 2016-2019. I completed my National Diploma at Yaba College Of Technology from 2020-2022.

HOBBIES Watching Movies, Listening to Music, Gaming and Designing.

EXPERIENCE B AND L ARCHITECTS I worked at B & L Architects doing my siwes program which was for 6month, last year 2022. During my time their i was taught Autodesk Revit and at the same time work on some project given to me. It was a great experience being enlightened by about Architecture in the real word is way more different from that of the school.

MY STORY I got interested in Architecture when i was in secondary school because of my love for drawing and designing for building and so on. I have actually made up my mind that i was going to study civil engineer in my high institution, I actually thought Architecture & Civil Engineering are alike until i did a personal research on both profession, later finding out that Architecture is what i wanted to study.

After getting admission into college i realized that Architecture is more than just designing building, that it more vast than just building, It the way of life right from past {history] still now and to the future and designing for people and environment making sure it sustainable, functional, workable. Through Architect i discovered 3d modeling, product design, industrial design which am looking toward to add to my skills and because of Architecture i am current an aspiring 3d Architect and a 3d Artist.

FOUR BEDROOM BUNGALOW This is a four bedroom bungalow located in Banana Island, designed for a family of six, which consist of four bedrooms all ensuite.This one of my Academic design which is designed to satisfy the comfort of the occupant on a half plot of 18m by 36m.

FOUR BEDROOM BUNGALOW This was given to me during my SIWE Program i was given a project to design to a four bedroom bungalow considering the prove set backs and follow the bye-laws of building regulations.

FOUR BEDROOM DUPLEX This was was a proposed residential building for my architectural graphics academic project. We were told to recreate the given plan and make correct to the plan given. We also have to come up with the elevations/exterior of the building with aesthetics and also challenging our graphics [pencil work] skills.

This is an academical project design of a cyber cafe which can take a minimum of 15 to 35 people, the building a photocopy/printing area, e-library, cafeteria, gaming room, md's office, receptionist space.

This is an academical project design of four bedroom duplex on a corner plot in Victoria Island Lagos, Nigeria for a family of five which consist of four ensuited room design to fit the client brief. The aim of this design is design a building which the spaces depicts functionality and with good aesthetics for the building design.

CONCEPT OF DESIGN

My concept for this design is 'unity'. Making use of an L-shape and rectangle shape, uniting both together and becoming one to depicts unity and the promote the bond of the family.

This shows functionality and aesthetics of design.

This is a design given to me during my SIWES Program by the firm i worked with during the program i was told to design a four bedroom bungalow with a private lounge according to the client brief given to me by one of the senior Architect. And following the building bye laws.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT OF DESIGN

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

The aim of the design a bungalow which not only showcase functionality but workability and aesthetics of the spaces and building. Creating a functional verandah to improve the aesthetics of the building, featuring classic brick and grey with sleek material. Creating a well ventilated for outlet and inlet of air with a central car park and a walkway.

PROPOSED DESIGN FOR THE EXISTING SCHOOL OF ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES QUADRANGLE The aim the was to come up with a new design to the existing design of the quadrangle for the school of environmental studies in yaba college of technology.
