EGY STITCH & TEX fuarının açılışını, CICC Başkanı Ahmed ALDİB, Tekstil Yatırım Başkanı Mr. Tarık MUSTAFA, Tekstil Sanayi Odası Başkanı Muhammed El MURSHİDİ, Holding Company Fortex Başkanı Eng. Fuad Abdül Alim ve Kahire Ticaret Ateşemiz Faruk ENER ile Kahire Büyükelçiliği Gümrük Müşaviri Bora ERDENGİ birlikte yaptılar. 21 Türk firması ile birlikte toplamda 153 katılımcı firma ürünlerini sergiledi. Fuar öncesi Türk firmalarında oluşan güvenlik kuşkusu ve endişe bazı firmalarımızın fuar hakkında olumsuz düşüncelerine neden olmuştu. Fakat hiç düşünüldüğü gibi olmadı. Tüm endişelerin yersiz ve gereksiz olduğu, güvenlik konusunda bir sorun olmadığı görüldü. Münferit gösteriler yer yer olmasına rağmen korkulacak boyutlarda değildi.

Fuad Abdül Alim, our Cairo Commercial Attaché Mr. Faruk ENER, and Turkish Embassy Cairo Customs Counselor Mr. Bora ERDENGİ. The exhibition showcased the products of 153 participating companies including 21 Turkish companies.
