FLOOR PLANS

Adescription of floor plan, incorporating the alternating modules: "The architectural design features a dynamic interplay between two distinct floor plan modules, creating a visually engaging and varied living experience. The ground floor module comprises five units per module, while the first-floor module offers six units per module, providing a balance of spatial arrangements. This alternating pattern continues throughout the building, with the second floor mirroring the ground floor's layout and the third floor echoing the first floor's design. This repetition of modules creates a rhythmic and cohesive aesthetic, while the variation in unit count adds a layer of complexity and interest to the overall structure."

ELEVATION AND ISOMETRIC

FURTHER ENHANCING THE BUILDING'S MATERIAL PALETTE AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS, BAMBOO LOUVERSARE THOUGHTFULLY INTEGRATED ALONG THE LIFTAND CORRIDOR AREAS, EXTENDING VERTICALLYACROSS THE ENTIRE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDINGS. THESE LOUVERS NOT ONLYADDANATURAL, SUSTAINABLE, AND VISUALLYAPPEALING ELEMENT TO THE FACADE BUTALSO PROVIDE SHADINGAND PRIVACY. COMPLEMENTING THESE FEATURES, JAALI WITH CREEPERSARE INCORPORATED INTO THE DESIGN, INTRODUCING VIBRANT GREENERYAND NATURALTEXTURE TO THE BUILDING'S EXTERIOR. THIS BIOPHILIC INTEGRATION SOFTENS THEARCHITECTURAL LINES AND CONTRIBUTES TOAHEALTHIER URBAN ENVIRONMENT. FROM THE INNER ELEVATION VIEWS, THE EXPOSED STAIRCASESARE VISIBLE, ADDINGANOTHER LAYER OF DEPTHAND VISUAL INTEREST WHILE HIGHLIGHTING THEIR FUNCTIONAL ROLEAS VERTICAL CIRCULATION ELEMENTS

DESIGN FEATURES TWO DISTINCT FLOOR PLAN MODULES, CREATING DYNAMIC AND VARIED LIVING SPACES. THE GROUND FLOOR MODULE CONTAINS FIVE UNITS, WHILE THE FIRST-FLOOR MODULE HAS SIX,ALTERNATING VERTICALLYTHROUGHOUT THE BUILDING. THIS REPETITION ESTABLISHESARHYTHMIC AESTHETIC, WITH VARYING UNIT COUNTSADDING COMPLEXITY. EACH UNIT INCLUDESAMULTIFUNCTIONAL SPACE,AND ALL UNITS WITHIN AMODULE CONNECT TOACENTRAL LOBBY, WHICH THEN LINKS TOALL OTHER LOBBIES, FOSTERING COMMUNITY. THIS DESIGN FUNCTIONSAS BOTH ROWAND GROUP HOUSING.

This landscaped environment thoughtfully integrates a diverse palette of flora, each chosen for its unique aesthetic and practical contributions, ensuring beauty and functionality throughout the year.

The selection of flowering trees forms the visual backbone of this design, ensuring a continuous burst of color and life across all seasons.

• For the intense Delhi summers, trees like Gulmohar (Delonix regia) paint the landscape with fiery red-orange blossoms, creating a dramatic and welcoming spectacle.

Its broad canopy also begins to offer the muchneeded shade as temperatures rise. Complementing this is • theAmaltas (Cassia fistula), or Golden Shower tree, which cascades with brilliant yellow flowers, truly living up to its name and creating a vibrant.

• The Jarul (Lagerstroemia speciosa), or Pride of India, adds delicate yet striking shades of pink, purple, and mauve, its crinkled petals providing a softer elegance. Finally, the • Palash (Butea monosperma), the "Flame of the Forest,"

DESCRIBING THE DIFFERENT SPACESAND THE TYPES OF TREES IN EACH SPACE: THE CENTRAL COURTYARD ,

SHAPED LIKE ATRIANGLE, SERVESAS THE HEART OF THE COMMUNITY CENTER. IT FEATURESAVARIETY OF FLOWERING TREES, LIKE THE VIBRANT GULMOHARAND GOLDENAMALTAS, PROVIDING YEAR-ROUND COLOR. SHADED TREES LIKE JAMUN, KADAM,AND NEEM OFFERACOOL RESPITE FROM THE SUN. SMALLER PLANTSAND SHRUBS, SUCHAS LANTANA, OLEANDER,AND DURANTA,ADD POPS OF COLORAND TEXTUREAROUND THE BUILDING. WALKWAYS CONNECT DIFFERENTAREAS,AND BENCHES PROVIDE SEATING FOR RELAXATIONAND SOCIALIZING. THE PARKING SHED IS COVERED IN JASMINE, BOUGAINVILLEA, MADHUMALTI, AND PASSION FLOWER, CREATINGABEAUTIFUL, FRAGRANT ENTRANCE.
