Why would you wear diapers in public? Presumably because you don't want anyone to see the result of an accident. Yes, I have when I was still at school I wore pullups to bed under my pyjamas when I was away on school trips. Why? Because I wet the bed, and having an accident would have been immediately noticeable if I got out of bed in the morning with wet pyjamas and a wet patch on the sheet and I didn't want anyone to know about it. Did anyone notice? No; the only people who knew were two of my friends and the teachers organising the trips.
