LSU Kyren Lacy Death Shirt
The LSU community is mourning the tragic loss of former wide receiver Kyren Lacy, who died at the age of 24 in an apparent suicide during a police chase in Houston. Lacy had been facing legal challenges related to a fatal car accident in December 2024, for which he was charged with negligent homicide, felony hit-and-run, and reckless driving. Despite these issues, he had declared for the NFL draft and was considered a promising prospect.
In remembrance of Lacy's life and contributions to LSU football, tribute shirts have been created to honor his memory. One such shirt features a vintage-style graphic of Lacy in his LSU Tigers uniform, accompanied by the years "2000–2025" and the phrase "Thank You For The Memories." These shirts serve as a way for fans and loved ones to celebrate Lacy's legacy both on and off the field.
The LSU football program and fans continue to grieve the loss of Kyren Lacy. The tribute shirts not only commemorate his achievements but also serve as a reminder of the importance of mental health awareness and support within the athletic community
