I agree with Stew, Wear pants or shorts a size large but not too large that it causes more bulkiness. Wear a onesies and or a pair of compression shorts/underwear. Just have confidence in yourself and in all reality, most won’t notice or even realize that you’re diapered, unless you make it obvious. Even I do my best for hide I wear a diaper, diapers aren’t discreet and it happens people notice them (and laugh at me). Then I have two choices : Wear an item of high waist normal underwear over diapers and pull right up so if you bend down picking up some thing no one will see the top of your diaper.I wear diapers in plastic pants under loose fitted jeans in public and feel confident they are hidden under normal underwear.John When ever I'm wearing diapers to go out I will wear loose fitting pants and I always wear a onsie under my clothes, that way if you have to bend over the onesie hides your diapers or your plastic pants, and I will usually wear a longer shirt as well. It seems to work, I don't think that any of my friends even know that I wear diapers. No one has ever said anything about it to me anyway.
