Of course, Law’s trip to Berlin wasn’t complete without taking in the Saint Laurent show, too. When it came time for her to play dress up for the front row, the model opted for a brown leather top and skirt. “Wearing anything other than black to a Saint Laurent show felt like a decision,” jokes Law. “I love the combination of the brown tones. The pencil skirt and smooth leather felt so classic and refined and then Anthony does what he does best by making it sexy, incorporating a low cut neck.” As for her highlights from the menswear collection, Law was drawn to the use of neck ties in the show, and the fluidity that was present throughout. “The movement as they walked with the backlight was incredible,” says Law. “I had two favorite looks One was a vest top with a brown front and black back, and a flowing scarf. I liked the way the front and back felt so separate, but complementary. I also loved the satin T shirt look. I love the shape, material, and fit of the shirt.”

What will Law be up to for the rest of the summer? “When I’m not working, I’ll spend time at my pottery studio,” says Law. “I love summer in London, so I don’t usually feel the need to travel. But I’d always love to go explore Asia if I get the chance I’ll do that in August.” Last week, in honor of Sex and the City’s 25th anniversary (can you believe it?), Vogue asked readers to vote on their favorite fashion moment from the stylish series and the official results are now in! In case you missed it, costume designer Molly Rogers—who assisted Patricia Field on the original HBO series, and now heads up the costuming on And Just Like That selected her 25 favorite fashion looks from the franchise, including moments from the original show, the two subsequent films, and the new spinoff series. On the list? Carrie’s iconic opening sequence tutu, Samantha’s power yellow Mugler suit, Charlotte’s pink strapless “Jackie O” dress, and Miranda’s iconic denim overalls, among others. Vogue then asked readers to weigh in on their favorite. The outfit that came out on top? It’s the white and pink floral print Richard Tyler dress that Carrie wears in season three, episode 18. The pretty design is from Tyler’s resort 2001 collection, and was inspired by the flora of the Caribbean islands. Carrie wears it to meet up with Big at Boathouse in Central Park, where the duo famously trip and fall into the pond together. “We didn’t do many stunts on this show, so this dress makes the list,” says Rogers. “SJP has incredible physical comic timing…and her squeal!”
Before Law took in the sleek new men’s fashions, however, the star had some time to roam the city and take in its unique charms. One of her first stops? A visit to the flee market where she picked up a mouse shaped earring. She also explored The Feuerle Collection, an art museum focused on Southeast Asian and Chinese art and design.
“It’s one of the best exhibitions I’ve seen in a long time,” says Law. “It’s so beautifully and meticulously curated. I wish I had time to visit the Pergamonmuseum also.” Law also wanted to hit up many of Berlin’s delicious restaurants and cafés. For breakfast, she stopped by Ma Makan. “I sat outside and had the most delicious Malaysian breakfast,” says Law. “It’s run by a group of young girls, and the sweet Pandan toast dipped with egg was unlike anything I’ve ever had. I will think about it all the time.” For lunch, she went with Lebanese fare. “I had the most delicious Msabbaha at Akroum Snack,” says Law. “It’s a small place with a big yellow front. I sat with the owner, and he served a big bowl of warm chickpeas with bread, onion, and tomato to scoop it up with. The food was so simple and comforting.”
