Bridal fashion has gained popularity on the red carpet recently, exemplified by Kiera Knightley’s recent portrayal of a Chanel bride for the “Tweed de Chanel” high jewelry collection launch at the British Museum. Kiera and Sienna show that frothy, bridal inspired looks don’t need to be reserved for your wedding day. All products featured on Vogue are independently selected by our editors. Today, the actor attended the No Hard Feelings photocall in Madrid, Spain alongside co star Andrew Feldman. Continuing her slew of sleek, pared back looks that she’s worn for the film’s press tour thus far, Lawrence appeared in a crisp white Alaïa shirtdress punctuated with a thick leather belt cinching the waist. Minimalist chic, yes, though the swishy mini skirt added a dash of fun to the look, too. Equally as fun were the shoes, which take a style cue from Barbie. Hear me out! Barbie obviously loves a stiletto, but there’s no shoe more Barbie than a heeled mule sandal. They even make a cameo in the trailer for Greta Gerwig’s Barbie, the highly anticipated film starring Margot Robbie, in fuzzy pink. Lawrence’s discreet black style may be more understated than the bubblegum styles that Barbie wears, sure but the silhouette is practically made for permanently arched feet. They’re the Jadarona style by Manolo Blahnik, and retail for $785. They can be dressed up, like Lawrence did, or down with jeans and a button up. If you’re really feeling Barbiecore for summer, they even come in pink, too.

The timeless frock clearly still resonates. In fact, Carrie could still wear it in the forthcoming season of And Just Like That, and look perfectly modern. It goes to show that you should always consider keeping things in your closet—it could still be a fan favorite after 23 years. With the arrival of summer comes the beginning of wedding season, however this year traditional bridal trends aren’t only reserved for walking down the aisle. Wedding worthy ivory gowns have been a regular feature on the red carpet this year and now Sienna Miller is the latest to embrace this bridal mood, wearing a contemporary twist on a classic veil. Last night at an event to raise awareness for Youth Mental Health in New York City, the Anatomy of a Scandal actor wore a look that is likely to provide inspiration for fashion forward brides or those looking for a modern twist on wedding traditions. The actor wore a cream sleeveless maxi dress from Erdem’s spring 2023 collection which is covered with delicate green botanical embroidery and features an in built ethereal white tulle train, which cascades from the shoulders. Sienna topped it all off with a pair of white barely there sandals (another nod to the bridal theme), while her crimson lip added a pop of color to the outfit. Erdem’s spring 2023 collection paid homage to the late Queen Elizabeth II and drew inspiration from the court dressing of the 17th and 18th centuries. The collection featured a line up of exquisite dresses adorned with tulle detailing, including veils, trains and opera gloves.

Sienna’s dress (look 29) effortlessly merges contemporary style with Erdem’s historical and bridal influences.

What will Law be up to for the rest of the summer? “When I’m not working, I’ll spend time at my pottery studio,” says Law. “I love summer in London, so I don’t usually feel the need to travel. But I’d always love to go explore Asia if I get the chance I’ll do that in August.” Last week, in honor of Sex and the City’s 25th anniversary (can you believe it?), Vogue asked readers to vote on their favorite fashion moment from the stylish series and the official results are now in! In case you missed it, costume designer Molly Rogers who assisted Patricia Field on the original HBO series, and now heads up the costuming on And Just Like That selected her 25 favorite fashion looks from the franchise, including moments from the original show, the two subsequent films, and the new spinoff series. On the list? Carrie’s iconic opening sequence tutu, Samantha’s power yellow Mugler suit, Charlotte’s pink strapless “Jackie O” dress, and Miranda’s iconic denim overalls, among others. Vogue then asked readers to weigh in on their favorite. The outfit that came out on top? It’s the white and pink floral print Richard Tyler dress that Carrie wears in season three, episode 18. The pretty design is from Tyler’s

resort 2001 collection, and was inspired by the flora of the Caribbean islands. Carrie wears it to meet up with Big at Boathouse in Central Park, where the duo famously trip and fall into the pond together. “We didn’t do many stunts on this show, so this dress makes the list,” says Rogers. “SJP has incredible physical comic timing…and her squeal!”
