JM JM invests in a PLM solution based on Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform and augmented by TECHNIA’s software. Enabling digital continuity between PLM, ERP and CRM, JM aims to improve their product offering, efficiency, quality and collaboration in their supply chain.

LEHTO GROUP Lehto Group is among the fastest growing construction companies in Finland.

Partnering with TECHNIA to leverage the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, will enable Lehto Group to further deploy their strategic initiatives in construction business industrialisation.

LOOPWHEELS Loopwheels, with TECHNIA Simulation Centre Of Excellence, achieve higher efficiencies through Composite Simulation.

The redesign of key components, such as the metal hub, and the use of carbonfiber composites allowed to further reduce the weight by 27%, making it one of the lightest wheels of this kind in the market.

THE SHOPPER AGENCY The Shopper Agency resolved that Dassault Systèmes’ Perfect Store package, powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, was the ideal solution for their in-store experience and enlisted TECHNIA as the perfect partner.

EMERALD AUTOMOTIVE Starting out as a design studio for commercial electric vehicles, in 2013 Emerald chose the industry standard for vehicle design; CATIA V5. Fast forward 5 years and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, from Dassault Systèmes, sits at the heart of Emerald’s development program.

EDAG The major problems for electric cars are range and weight. Both aspects cannot be considered independently from one another. EDAG counted on the CATIA V6 know-how of TECHNIA in the development of the Light Car project.

FACC No other enterprise in the aviation industry supplies such a high quantity of lightweight components for so many aircrafts as FACC. FACC uses the design software CATIA. Q-Checker and myPLM to become a pioneer in composite technology.

Mร LNLYCKE A 15-year collaboration with TECHNIA has helped Mรถlnlycke Health Care to build and further develop a PLM system that meets the tough demands of the healthcare industry.

FORD Ford Motor Company uses CAVA to become more efficient in its development process.

The target was to reduce costs for the in-house solution enhancements and updates of standards and regulations as well as reaching a higher level of capability and flexibility concerning more tests and verifications.

ESS It may not be a household name, yet, but the European Spallation Source (ESS) in Lund, Sweden, aims to be a leading research facility in the field of material research in the coming years. So far, TECHNIA have implemented ENOVIA and CATIA software.

KDA Using CATIA and ENOVIA, a cornerstone in Kongsberg Defence and Aerospace’s (KDA’s) solution is PLM. While PLM’s traditional focus is on physical products, KDA incorporates much more information such as requirements, functions, concepts, people involved in the work and more.

AESCULAP Aesculap benefits from TECHNIA’s training offer, with 20 years of experience and up to 350 courses every year. “With TECHNIA we have found a strong partner who has taken our individual methods training and supported us quickly via the hotline for questions” attests Fabian Hoefer, CAD Coordination at Aesculap.

WMF To claim differentiation through quality and innovation in form and style, all brands of the WMF Group products reach a wide market acceptance by using Class-A surface modelling tools, as a complement to the existing CAD environment.

TUI NORDIC For travel agencies, tailored travel means new opportunities. But also, a vast amount of facts and figures to keep track of. TUI Nordic, the biggest tour operator in the Nordic area, decided to go for PLM and TECHNIA to sort it out.

“PLM is usually associated with the manufacturing industry, not service products. But TECHNIA very quickly understood our needs and showed us the possibilities with PLM in our business,” - Peter Ulwahn, TUI Nordic’s Head of Product and Purchasing.

METABO To maintain the high standard that they are known for, Metabo is now setting the course into the future by upgrading CATIA V5 and SmarTeam to the new combination of CATIA and ENOVIA V6, making them even more innovative.

MARSHALL In the automotive industry, the software solution CAVA Vision has already established itself as a standard. Now, after having succeeded on the road, CAVA Vision has set out to conquer the skies too.

Marshall Aerospace and Defense Group is the first to use the software for the customisation of aircraft.

As part of TECHNIA’s commitment towards continuous improvement, we work to support the Akanksha Foundation. This is a non-profit organisation with a mission to provide children from low-income communities with a high-quality education, enabling them to maximize their potential and transform their lives.

The University of Wolverhampton’s Race Team is professionally run by ambitious engineering students.

TECHNIA work closely with students to help them maximize their success, in part by using the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform to design their cars. Not only does this make them a formidable force in F3 racing, it also means TECHNIA have a highly trained pool of post-grads for recruitment, further down the line.
