Steps to solve Microsoft Outlook Not Implemented Error Let’s uninstall the office version that generating problem   

Click on start , settings , control panel Now double click to open “Add or Remove programs features ” In the list of installed programs , click on uninstall and remove the program

Repair Office Installation   

Select the “Microsoft Office” version installed on our computer and click on change Now click on next screen, click on repair option and click on continue Now check if the repairing process is completed, restart your computer.

If you are getting the same Not “Implemented error” again check with the further steps as follows   

Create your new Outlook profile by clicking on start, control panel, mail, and show profiles.

Here click on the Add button to create new profile After the process finished check on profile to be used option and now click on ok.
