Why did you choose to sell tie dyes? My husband challenged me to make him some tie dyes and other people seemed to like what I created. I have an eclectic mix of new, upcycled and eco-friendly clothing, art and home goods and specialize in ice dyes and custom orders - something for everyone! What’s the inspiration behind your ship name? Being a tie dyer, I get asked this a lot! It came from a Pink Floyd song, but the name also refers my mission to spread hope and love through my art. I had to drop the “s” for Etsy because it was too long to fit their allotted characters. What’s your favorite summertime song? I could create a whole playlist, but if I had to choose just one, it would probably be the Grateful Dead’s “Sugar Magnolia/Sunshine Daydream” medley. What do you love most about Team We ReCreate? Stalklings Bizarre Nicola Crow United Kingdom What do you love about being an Etsy shop owner? Selling on Etsy gives me the freedom to work at my own pace, being a carer for a loved one is hard, so time to create and follow my own flights of fancy is as good as a rest and if someone else loves what I've made enough to buy it, well that's the icing on the cake. What’s the inspiration behind your shop name? Stalkling is my partners nickname for me, I'm silly tall and since High School have been called Owl, or Big Bird by friends. If you've ever seen an owl get a stride on, you'll know they've got long legs under those feathers, yep me too, in the UK long legs are Stalks and of course there's the bird too, Then my Son said “Why don't you call your shop “Stalklings” and since then I've added the Bizarre, in honor of those of us who are called it and know it's really the best compliment. What’s your favorite summer food? I'm a bit of a fan of picnics and tearooms, so these days sandwiches, homemade cake, strawberries and cream with a pot of tea in the garden

What is the inspiration behind your Etsy shop name? I had an idea in my head of an old railway lost property platform, where all these wonderful old vintage things were just waiting, with their tickets, to travel on to new loved ones. Where do you work with your vintage items?
