Top Agent in each ERA Team VP Office will be recognized for the highest sales volume, number of new listings, and number of closed transactions.
TOP 10 COMPANY-WIDE:
Top 10 agents company-wide will be recognized for sales volume, new listings, and closed transactions.
SALES VOLUME:
Agents will be recognized for sales volume based on million-dollar achievement levels:
Bronze
Silver
Gold
Platinum
Diamond
$ 1-3 Million
$3-6 Million
$6-10 Million
$10-15 Million
$15+ Million
CLOSED TRANSACTIONS:
Agents will be recognized for number of closed sales transactions at the following levels:

AGENT MOMENTUM:
12-24 transactions
25-44
45-64

Agent with greatest percentage of growth over prior year. Must have closed a minimum of 5 transactions in prior year.
OFFICE MOMENTUM:
Office with greatest percentage of growth over prior year.
RESULTS:
One agent recognized per core value as nominated by their peers.

Highest producing new-to-thebusiness agent, based on first full year of licensed activity.

BEST SALES MEETING
ATTENDANCE:
One agent who attends highest number of sales meetings in the year. (Team News Tuesday - TNT)
AGENT VALUE:
Agent with highest average commission percentage.
TEAM 1 INSURANCE:
Agent with highest number of referrals to Team 1 Insurance in the year.
COMMUNITY SERVICE:
Agent with greatest dedication to community service as nominated by their peers.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Agent with highest satisfaction rating on ERA customer satisfaction surveys. (Based on min. 20% return rate.)
ERA Team VP Top Agent Trip will be held every other year and will include top producing agents based on annual production for either of the 2 prior years. (For example, 2024 trip will include qualifiers from 2022 and 2023).
Agents with annual production of $6 million in sales volume OR 35 closed transactions in either of the 2 qualifying years.
CIRCLE OF HONOR:
Achieved Designation Production Criteria:
o Total Units Closed (25+) OR
o Total Volume ($3,000,000+)
CIRCLE OF ACHIEVEMENT:

LEADER'S CIRCLE:
Achieved Designation Production Criteria:
o Total Units Closed (65+) OR
o Total Volume ($10,000,000+)
Minimum Criteria for Sales Associates:
30 Total Residential Units Closed (ranking units)
Minimum 20% or better return rate on customer satisfaction surveys based on average rate of return since program inception
95% overall satisfaction rating on returned surveys
Personal transactions excluded, only 1 survey will be counted for any investorowned properties.
ERA® DISTINCTIVE PROPERTIES SAPPHIRE AWARD
At least two listings submitted and approved for the Distinctive Properties program for that year (Submit addresses and MLS numbers) OR has had at least one listing included in the Distinctive Properties magazine, Luxe Corner.
Distinctive Properties certification is NOT required.
