ACC Portfolio: 60 hours of coach-specific training with robust documentation is necessary.

Criteria for ICF ACC Certification As per the International Coaching Federation (ICF), you must complete the following requirements to earn the ICF ACC Certification: • Completion of at least 60 hours of coach-specific training that is engineered to meet the ICF guidelines for credentialing.

• Apart from that, the candidate also needs to complete at least 100 hours of client-coaching experience since the start of their coach training.

• 10 hours of mentor coaching with an eligible mentor coach.

• After all this, the trainee needs to submit an application to ICF for the Associate Certified Coach credential.

• Post-submission, the candidate needs both Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) and Coach Performance Assessment (CPA) at the Associate Certified Coach level for getting accredited.

• Once you complete all the steps above, then you can be a certified ICF ACC coach.
