AMANDA KEITER IIn 2013, Amanda joined forces with the top agent in the Windermere Edmonds office, and played a pivotal role in doubling unit sales and growing his business, which included residential sales, commercial sales and multifamily investments. Drawing from these previous experiences, Amanda chose to get licensed and go out on her own in 2015. She was a top 3 finalist for SSCAR’s ‘Rookie of the Year’ award her first year with a total of 15 sales. Amanda partnered with Kristine in 2020 and together they now share the same book of business. Amanda is married to her husband Phillip and together they have a little boy, Maddux. BUYER'S TIMELINE 2-3 DAYS PRIOR TO SIGNING Escrow works closely with your lender to get numbers for the final closing statements.

Escrow will contract you with the amount they need to close and send you wire instructions.

Escrow will set up a signing appointment with you at this time. Your appointment may be for the next day (1 day before closing). *Note: Federal guidelines specify the day buyer can sign based on the date the lender’s Closing Disclosure was delivered to the buyer.

You’ll sign documents.

Escrow confirms your lender and your funds, then sends the documents to the county to record.

Most escrow companies have mobile notaries so signing can happen wherever and whenever it works for you.

In the afternoon of closing day, Escrow receives the recording numbers from the county, and the transaction is officially closed.

Escrow contacts all parties with the good news, and the broker will arrange for you to receive keys to your home.
