When you think of success at Thirty-One, think of the party as your main focus.

Success happens when you book two from every party you hold.

The more party bookings you have, the more people you’ll connect with.

The more people you connect with, the more people you have to share our products with and people to sponsor.

And the more you sell, the more money you earn.

When you create the these habits and implement them consistently, you’ll not only be making commission that will make a difference, but you’ll earn FREE products in our Jumpstart program valued at $544 US/$722 .

FIRST 30 DAYS

GOAL: $500 Commissionable Sales

ACHIEVEMENT: 1st 2 levels of Jumpstart with FREE Product (Value $98 US/$132 )

ACTIVE CONSULTANT ($200 sales)

EARNINGS: $125 in commissions

SECOND 30 DAYS

GOAL: $1,000 Commissionable Sales

ACHIEVEMENT: Next 2 levels of Jumpstart with FREE Product (Value: $168 US/$226 )

QUALIFIED CONSULTANT ($1,000 sales)

You’re open for business and your launch is scheduled in your Virtual Office. Now it’s time to familiarize yourself with our Insiders, the host of your party (it’s YOU for your Launch party).

Insiders gather friends for you to share our products with in-person or online. To reward them, Insiders earn many rewards including product credits, half-off items and Insider Exclusive products based on party sales; and Monthly Specials. Become familiar with these tools so you can coach your Insiders to get the most rewards possible and you earn a great commission! You’ll receive all the Insider rewards of your Launch Party.

BOOK CONNECT

Now you’re ready to invite friends and family to your launch party. Start with people you’re connected with – they’re the ones who are likely to support you initially. Write a list of people you know and connect with them to:

•Invite them to be an Insider – post on social, call or text an invitation to your friends and family to share the benefits of getting their friends together (and supporting you).

As you book your parties, you’ll simply show your Insiders how to connect with people in their circles and invite them to their party the way you did.

SUCCESS TIPS:

1. Have friends who aren’t on Facebook? Reach out to them via text, call of email to share your shopping link and invite them to shop.

2. Typically, 1 out of 6 people will l say yes to helping you launch your business by hosting a party in your first month!

SELL grow your business

As you share our products and Insider opportunity, you’ll find that people will want to do what you do. As you enroll New Consultants on your team, you’ll simply show them the Model for Success and show them how to start and encourage and support them along the way.

When you grow your team, you grow your income. In fact, when you enroll your first two Consultants within 90 days, you’ll earn $100 product credit for each one AND you’ll promote to Elite Consultant.

JUMPSTART commissions & rewards

You earn 25% commission based on your sales. And when you become a leader, you earn and additional 10% commission, for a total of 35%.

When you set your sights on a Launch Party + two parties in your first 30 days and continue to book two parties from each, you’ll earn commissions AND Jumpstart rewards.

Jumpstart is our exclusive incentive for New Consultants that rewards you for hitting sales and sponsoring milestones in your first 90 days.
